RH Sol

Beautiful fresh smelling hotel, spotlessly clean. Had a terrace balcony with sunbeds. Breakfast stone cold unfortunately which is unusual for RH group. Staff while there very friendly and helpful. Beds firm. I stayed in room 501 from 15th to 19th, left a blouse hanging up for travelling home then left without it. I have messaged most days for the last week on fb messenger and their WhatsApp group and just keep getting fobbed off. This has left me incredibly disappointed I was due back in June and will no longer be booking here.

Had a lovely stay here in march. The first room we stayed in on the second floor was very noisy with a small balcony. I asked for a quieter room and was given one on the fifth floor with a lovely big balcony with two sunbeds and table and chairs this was much better and quieter and changing rooms was very easy as we packed out cases and went out for the day and when we came back they were in our new room The hotel is very clean and house keeping work very hard. Breakfast not so good but I'm not fussy on buffet breakfast. Reception staff very helpful and offered us a coffee . when checking out as we were leaving early.Good location between the old and n town I hope to return again

Good location for old town. Room was decent but had the smallest balcony I have seen, always the curse of the solo traveller, the poorer room. Paid extra for a balcony, the single rooms have none. Housekeeping excellent. Was there a week, bar was never open once, cant even get a coffee ( take a kettle). Breakfast was the biggest let down, very poor quality produce and little choice, you could have peas? and garlic mushrooms? If the hotel is trying to be 3 stars the breakfast needs addressing.

We have visited Benidorm numerous times and stayed at many hotels and this is a little gem in a really good location a bit noisy but hey it's Benidorm, what makes this hotel so good is the staff and service they are all brilliant but the biggest shout out has to go to the housekeeping/cleaning staff because this place is immaculate, the breakfast is nice and fresh and a good choice. The only reason I haven't rated it five is because the walls are very thin you can hear the people in the next room talking as if they are sat at the bottom of your bed which is a shame as this is the only thing to let it down.....Saying that would I go back absolutely it's a lovely hotel

Firstly this is overall a good hotel, great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, they try and cater for English breakfast lovers, but the sausage, bacon and mushrooms (garlic) didn't really fit the bill, but they tried. The room I had, 309, was a single and whilst it was spotlessly clean with a great shower, the room itself was tiny and quite dark. No balcony, just a view of the opposite wall, about 6 feet in front of me, this affected the lighting. 2nd night was really noisy with a couple in the room next to me banging really loudly up and down the stairs for about 4 hours. This is very near the reception and they must have heard this but never reacted. The corridors are all tile, so makes for an echo chamber. Other than that we did enjoy our stay and, like I said, the staff were all very nice.
