RH Sol

Arrived at 1am checked in quickly but was disapointed there was no kettle and no tea and coffee making facilities also there were no usb ports to charge our phones and devices.the bed was comfortable but one thin pillow each was not enough. please be aware this hotel has no onsite swimming pool but the beach is very close. This is a small hotel and the bar has one beer pump so service at the bar is slow. when the barman is mixing cocktails it can take a while to get a beer. We stayed in room 302 the better views are higher up. the bath taps were rusty. The highlight was how spotlessly clean Jakeline the maid cleaned the room. Our beds were comfortable and made every day. There were always plenty of clean towels., A shame we did not get a higher floor as our view was not a sea view but the alley below showed a row of dustbins and empty run down derelict buildings with homeless people sleeping in doorways and at 3 am we often heard binmen crashing empty beer bottles from the skips to the dust cart. The food was ok but could have been hotter we arrived for breakfast at 8am opening time and the food was cold although a microwave was available. We enjoyed our 4 day break but with a few improvements it could have been better Sorry this is not the best review but it is honest . We will try a different hotel in October when we return. I would give this hotel maybe 7/10

I was there this week stayed there for 2 days I wanted to extend my holiday forgive my forgetfulness I forgot the guys name manager and berto very helpful and can’t do enough for you rooms are clean staff is very friendly I will definetly be back to this hotel and very central in OldTown do not hesitate to go there u wont be disappointed

Great location near to the beach and restaurants Hotel is spotless Staff are great.The only downfall was the lift from the street was not working As my wife as walking difficulties it was a struggle to get into the hotel with the steps this needs to be put right,Other wise a lovely hotel

Lovely hotel. In the perfect place for the old town and the beach. Small hotel, but beautifully clean and tidy. All the staff are great, the daytime desk manager, apologies I forget his name, was excellent. Buffet breakfast was enough for us. The room, and hotel, were spotless and smelled lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This little hotel is in the heart of the old town which is very beautiful. Small and friendly with none of your usual benidorm holiday makers .we stayed in April and found no street noise at night . The staff are so helpful and polite and can not do enough for you .This hotel is spotlessly clean they changed our towels and bedding every day, and the beds OMG they are so big and comfy id of loved to take mine home . We had room 407 with a terrace and could hear and see the sea it was so calming and peaceful. Excellent stay , Excellent staff, Excellent location, Excellent hotel would highly recommend. Thank you RH SOL .We will definitely return.
