RH Sol

This little hotel is in the heart of the old town which is very beautiful. Small and friendly with none of your usual benidorm holiday makers .we stayed in April and found no street noise at night . The staff are so helpful and polite and can not do enough for you .This hotel is spotlessly clean they changed our towels and bedding every day, and the beds OMG they are so big and comfy id of loved to take mine home . We had room 407 with a terrace and could hear and see the sea it was so calming and peaceful. Excellent stay , Excellent staff, Excellent location, Excellent hotel would highly recommend. Thank you RH SOL .We will definitely return.

Amazing , friendly, clean, value for money, staff are amazing

So when I arrive I wait 30 mins to check in, not 1 member of staff in sight. Eventually a bar woman arrived and I asked her how to check in. She pointed to reception where id previously been stood for 20 mins. Finally a guy arrives and I check in. I get my room card and go upstairs to my room, or should I say cell.. this was like a cupboard, with just a bed and a window that opened up to a white concrete wall.. basic to say the least. So im rarely in the time im staying there and the bed was clean, even if the rest of the room was covered in short black hairs. I have long blonde hair so definitely wasn't mine! I also had no towels for 2 days as they didn't leave any, and there was never anyone on reception to ask for some. I Eventually collared the room cleaner 1 morning. So the day of checkout arrived. I had been sick all through the night and since checkout was 12pm I decided to sleep longer and just leave at 12. Im hot so laying on top of the bed in my underwear, and the room cleaner came barging in! She went back out slamming doors. Did i say they did that daily, the cleaners keep banging doors from 8am until 4pm. So forget a siesta because this isn't a normal door shutting its a full on bang that startled you every time!! Was it a good stay, absolutely not!!

Apartment was class. Right in the middle of everything. Christine was especially nice great person, friendly and most helpful

This hotel gives a great impression when you walk through the doors. It looks and smells clean and fresh with a modern feel. We were welcomed by David on reception at almost 11.30pm and he had saved us some dinner, this was a lovely touch. We had a good few plates of various foods with a microwave to warm anything up. There was water in the room and everything was spotless. The rooms are spacious with a safe charges at 2 euros a day. The balcony was ample with chairs and a table. The shower was amazing and so powerful with a nice big bath for a soak. The hotel is perfectly situated between the old and new town and quiet enough to get some sleep. We would definitely recommend it and return again. It was faultless.
