H10 Croma Malaga

Such a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful and well run hotel. Excellent location - a few minutes from the main train station and close to the Mercado Central De Atarazanas. Lovely room with Ritual toiletries and a covered balcony so we could sit outside at any time. We also enjoyed the rooftop area with plenty of seating and the bar. Great choice at breakfast in the airy restaurant. Every member of staff we met were lovely - friendly and professional, but especial thanks to Dani on reception who sorted out our booking issue and meant we could enjoy our 5 nights at this wonderful hotel.

We have just returned from an 11 night stay at the H10 Croma. We could not fault the hotel from the great welcome on our first day to numerous visits for drinks and meals at the rooftop terrace bar/Restaurant or, the lobby bar. Superb breakfasts with a great selection as well. The hotel is situated on the edge of the compact historic part of the old city so is really handy with everywhere very easily walkable. It has a cool modern vibe which carries on into the comfortable rooms, we had a cathedral view room. The main asset of the hotel is the fantastic staff, whether at reception, at breakfast, the lobby bar and the cleaning staff. Everyone always had a ready smile and couldn't do enough for us, I had a small health issue for a couple of days during my visit and assistance was quickly organised and, later, a complementary bottle of Cava was sent to our room as a get well gesture. Based on our experience, when visiting Malaga we would not consider staying anywhere else so very highly recommended.

My husband and I, together with 2 friends, have today returned home from this lovely hotel. I cannot praise highly enough the wonderful staff, from the restaurant front of house to the marvellous team on reception who go above and beyond to tailor make your stay. We are H10 club members and received extra goodies ( free wine or cava, discount on food and drinks etc) during our week here. Malaga is a fantastic city which is very easy to walk around. It has lots of history and cultural attractions which together with great shops and fabulous restaurants, cafes and bars, makes for a truly enjoyable city break. Perfect stay.

Very comfortable and modern hotel in a calm spot on the edge of the old town. Everything in old Malaga is within reach by foot in a matter of minutes. The staff of the hotel, from reception to cleaners, are so helpful and accommodating. They dealt very well with the challenges of my wife's hypersensitivity to modern cleaning products. I was impressed.

The welcome and service were truly exceptional: 100% outstanding. We were completely charmed by this place from the moment we arrived. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the cleanliness is impeccable. We also loved the thoughtful touches: two toiletry kits were waiting for us in the room, which was a very appreciated gift. Our teenagers were especially delighted to find candies and chocolates waiting for them as well. The location is also excellent: very easy to access with convenient indoor parking. From the hotel, we were able to walk to all of our activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This is honestly the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. Everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. Our only disappointment was not booking more nights (we truly wished we could have stayed longer)! We also loved the breakfast buffet, which was delicious and a perfect start to the day. A truly memorable experience!
