H10 Croma Malaga

We stayed here at the end of June as a group of five for a friend's birthday and had such a lovely stay. Before we arrived, I upgraded one of our rooms to add someone on and the lady I was emailing was great. She was really friendly, replied quickly and sorted everything out with no hassle. We just paid the remaining balance when we arrived. As soon as we got out of the taxi, staff came over to help us with our luggage, which was a really nice first impression. Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone on reception was so friendly. We were also given a glass of cava on arrival, which was a lovely touch. We arrived a bit before check-in, so only one of our rooms was ready, but they let us put all our bags in there while we went out to explore, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful. The reception area is modern, spotless and looked amazing. Our rooms were exactly like the photos online and were really clean. Even the room with the extra bed still felt really spacious, and having two balconies was a bonus. The bathroom was lovely too. We spent a few evenings at the rooftop bar and absolutely loved it. The views are stunning, the staff were really friendly, and it was such a nice place to sit with a drink. We didn't eat there, but we overheard a few people saying how good the food was. The rooftop pool is quite small, but it was perfect for cooling off, and it's great that pool towels are provided free of charge. Special mention for the sunset views! Also a special mention to the housekeeping team. We'd decorated our friend's bed with balloons and birthday banners before going out, and when we came back after the room had been cleaned, they'd made the bed and carefully put all the decorations back exactly where they'd been. It was such a thoughtful little touch and made her birthday even more special. We didn't eat in any of the hotel's restaurants, but that was only because we were only there for three nights and already had reservations elsewhere. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and honestly couldn't fault the hotel. We'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Just left this hotel after an amazing four night stay. Staff were great, room beautiful, super location and very clean air conditioned room. Rooftop pool a bonus and we enjoyed relaxing on our balcony. We would definitely stay again. The whole trip to Malaga was one the best mini breaks we have taken.

We have just spent the last 7 nights in this gorgeous hotel and have loved every minute of it. Our elegant and light-filled room had two balconies, was incredibly spacious, spotless and well appointed. Particularly loved the rainshower with a view over Malaga. The location is great and the proximity to the market, shops, restaurants and beach - all within walking distance. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful and the breakfast every morning was plentiful and delicious. After a long day of touring in the hot sun, we looked forward to cooling down with a few drinks at the hotel's rooftop bar and pool with stunning panoramic views. We could not have wished for a better stay or a more lovelier hotel. Highly recommended!

Good and safe bet for a stay in Malaga centre. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was a good stay for our time in Malaga. Location. The hotel is a great base for if you’re travelling into Malaga via train from the airport. The hotel is no further than a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest train station which makes it ideal when travelling from the airport to Malaga via the train. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the local indoor market which has countless locally run stalls full of various food and drink stalls. It is also a stones throw from a supermarket which is a bonus. The hotel is a maximum walk of 20 minutes to the furthest sight and within 10 minutes walk to the centre itself including the port area. The hotel itself. The staff were incredibly welcoming and supportive including on arrival and throughout the hotel. The hotel is clean and felt safe. We had the superior cathedral room with a large balcony and a great view of the city and cathedral. The rooms are cleaned daily and the hotel comes with a Nespresso coffee machine and daily water bottles. Breakfast. Great range of both food and drink, warm and continental breakfast available. The hotel also offers a menu which includes things such as churros made fresh which can be ordered. We didn’t use the rooftop bar but it looked good. We did the use the pool a couple of times and the pool is fine for sitting in but don’t expect a pool which can be used beyond that bit the views are great from the rooftop areas and plenty of deck chairs to sunbathe. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Malaga.

This is our 3rd visit in a year as we have friends in Spain( we stay at H10 hotels all over the world ). The hotel and location is excellent. Staff exemplary , nothing too much trouble. Why am I only giving 3 stars you ask. The 1st visit in July last year we had 3 really enjoyable days using the pool and roof top bar . Comfortable chairs and great food and great views . Visit number 2 in May, half of area on roof closed off to us , NO comfortable chairs due to conference guests. On one evening we were even told we cannot use the roof top bar as its at full capacity . Visit number 3 last week. Excaulty the same . Very crowded NO SEATS only deck chairs . This is the last time we will use this hotel. I know you need to have conferences to survive BUT not at the cost of your private customers. At least we should have been warned when booking that there was a conference and areas would be closed off. Such a shame . VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
