Hacienda del Mar, Hotel Member of Meliá Collection

This is an amazing Hotel. Beautiful grounds and what you would expect from Melia in terms of service. On a normal day, anyone can deliver but I was forced to write a review to highlight how professional everyone was at the time a fire started near the Hotel. The staff was really professional and accommodating to make everyone feel safe, comfortable and to be honest, like if nothing was happening near by. Well done to the Management and the rest of the staff for this amazing organisation when things turn ugly. AC

Una experiencia para repetir sin duda. El ambiente es muy acogedor y tranquilo, perfecto para disfrutar tanto en familia como con amigos. La comida nos sorprendió por la calidad del producto y el cuidado en cada plato, con sabores que marcan la diferencia. El trato fue excelente de principio a fin. Queremos agradecer especialmente a David su atención y sus recomendaciones, siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto. Da gusto encontrar sitios donde cuidan tanto los detalles. ¡Volveremos! An experience worth repeating without a doubt. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and relaxed, making it the perfect place to enjoy with family or friends. We were impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the care put into every dish, with flavours that truly stand out. The service was excellent from start to finish. Special thanks to David for his attention and recommendations, always making sure everything was perfect throughout our dinner. It’s great to find a place where every detail is taken care of. We’ll definitely be back!

We just wanted to say Michael and ceeme how very much we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It's five-star luxury. The staff are unbelievable, especially abel who actually made sure everything was going fantastic for us and Nina. Nina and Jose down at the restaurant looked after us all. I could say it's a six-star hotel more than five the way they done everything for us. The views were unbelievable. The rooms are so clean and Everyone is so friendly. Wow it was fantastic. I gave it 11 out of 10. Thank you!

Restaurant is not worth being in a five star hotel. We asked food without salt. It was more than salty You get the bill only on a tablet . When i asked for a fysical bill, i saw they let 2 me pay 2 bottles of wine in stead of one.Other drinks were also miscounted.
