Ikos Andalusia

Úžasný týden V hotelu Ikos Andalusia jsme byli první týden v září 2024. Byla to naše třetí návštěva řetězce Ikos a opět jsme nabyli zklamáni. Ubytovali jsme se v Junior Suite Deluxe s výhledem na moře. Pokoj byl velmi prostorný, moderní, čistý, s obrovskou koupelnou a zařízeným balkonem. Nespresso káva a plně zásobený minibar doplňoval luxus. Restaurace uspokojí i nejnáročnějšího strávníka, nám nejvíce chutnalo v OUZO a Seasons pro deluxe hosty s úžasnou Eliškou. Návštěvu Provence jsme si nechali na poslední večer jako třešničku na dortu s profesionální Ninou. Velké plus dáváme za ručníky na lehátkách, množství lehátek u bazénů a u moře, protože se nikdy nestalo. že by nebylo volno. Obsluha u bazénu a u moře vás tak rozmazluje, že je musíte odmítat. Chtěli bychom vyzvednout velmi profesionální slečnu Katarinu z Deluxe Collection Team, která pozvedla služby na nejvyšší úroveň. Zařídila nám návštěvu restaurace Tikitaka v program „Dine Out“ , jedné z nejlepších místních restaurací. Pomohla nám cennými radami při návštěvě Gibraltaru, Estepony, při vyřizování pozdního odhlášení a při zvládání všech našich rozmarů. Nikdy jsme se necítili tak rozmazlováni. Služba byla bezkonkurenční, personál byl pozorný, rychlý a zdvořilý, nic nebylo příliš obtížné.

Hands down the best service I’ve received at any hotel or resort. The staff are so accommodating. The e-concierge service was amazing. The pools, bars and restaurants all brilliant too! Only downside is not being able to book more than 3 restaurants before your arrival and they fill up fast even in quieter months.

We had a great holiday at Ikos. There is no better hotel with this services and all inclusive. Everything is taken care of during your stay. Fatima from the deluxe collection is a star. Dora at the deluxe pool thanks for all your super drinks and food. Lastly Kevin and Johan from seasons and Natalie from beach club you were so helpful every day! Will be back

I visited with my friend for 5 nights end of April. I have visited Ikos Dassia a few years ago. We were greeted by Anita who checked us in and made us feel welcome and at ease, she also monitored our stay to ensure ut went smoothly. Our room was not ready so we had lunch and then we're shown to our room. We chose a 1 bedroom suite so that my friend and I had seperate sleeping areas, this worked well. The entire resort, our room, restaurants etc are spotlessly clean and ever member of staff greets you warmly as they pass you. I have a few dietary requirements (inc gluten free) and had a WhatsApp from Lenka the next day (food and beverage Concierge) She was very helpful, provided me with lists of what could be adapted on menus in addition to what is marked. She also came and found me a few times, and left snacks in our room, got a dessert from one restaurant to another, and arranged pancakes at breakfast! The weather was not on our side, which is a shame, but we made use of the gym, shuttle service into Estepona and walks along the prom. We also watched the Flaminco show, which was good. It was just what we needed, stress free, friendly, relaxing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We had broken air con in one half of our room. This took a few days to fix, but they compensated us for that. My only niggles were the GF bread was white sliced so I only had this once as there is nicer GF bread/Roll brands available. The cows milk must have been UHT and not fresh, so a lovely cup of tea was not possible as it tasted strange (luckily we had brought Rooibus/Redbush tea with us that does not need milk, but not a tea type the resort has) and I was surprised, and somewhat frustrated, that I had to highlight my allergies at every meal as no electronic system was used when you arrived at the buffet or restaurant, so no alert came up when you gave your room number which was disappointing.

Ikos Andalusia is a relaxing haven to enjoy with your significant other or family. This trip was for the family, three generations, and it was our third visit. To begin, the resort is located on the coast of the Mediterranean with direct access to the beach and sea. The resort is beautifully presented and provides enjoyment for the whole family. Our grandchildren loved the Kids Club and events planned for them. It is also very safe for children to play and enjoy. The numerous pools range from a Splash Park for children to an Adults Only Pool. As an All-Inclusive Resort, Ikos excels with numerous restaurants and bars, inclusive In-Room Dining, and a variety of facilities… Spa, Sports, Cycling, etc. There are hidden gems such as the ice cream/candy stand and floating employees with donuts, treats or offering sunglass cleaning. All the pools and the private beach area are served by waiters for drinks or food poolside. The themed restaurants offer a diversity of cuisines and if you prefer variety there is the “Flavours” buffet which is excellent. Thank you to Sofia. Also worth noting, are the excellent “Chiringuito” located on the beach (thank you to Darrko the key to its success) and the gourmet restaurant “Seasons” (thank you to Josè Andres, waiter). An important consideration for allergy sufferers, Ikos is very serious in catering for allergies, working with guests to accommodate individual needs. Special thanks to Lenka for her conscientious assistance with the variety of allergies in our family. It would be remiss not to mention the core strength of Ikos, its employees. All of the staff from Management to Housekeeping to Facilities. In particular, we would particularly like to thank both Marcos and Bella, within the Senior Management, whose assistance across our entire stay was invaluable, they truly reflect the strength of Ikos. Marcos was also invaluable with resolving small issues and assisting prior to holiday with arrangements. In addition, we would like to thank Sussanna, Szonja, and Lilou from the Concierge Service. And, Ana at Ouzo, Jazmin at the Lobby Bar, Issac and Svetlana at Provence and George, Manage of the Beach Club. All the employees we met were truly welcoming, helpful and an asset to Ikos.
