Ikos Andalusia

Úžasný týden V hotelu Ikos Andalusia jsme byli první týden v září 2024. Byla to naše třetí návštěva řetězce Ikos a opět jsme nabyli zklamáni. Ubytovali jsme se v Junior Suite Deluxe s výhledem na moře. Pokoj byl velmi prostorný, moderní, čistý, s obrovskou koupelnou a zařízeným balkonem. Nespresso káva a plně zásobený minibar doplňoval luxus. Restaurace uspokojí i nejnáročnějšího strávníka, nám nejvíce chutnalo v OUZO a Seasons pro deluxe hosty s úžasnou Eliškou. Návštěvu Provence jsme si nechali na poslední večer jako třešničku na dortu s profesionální Ninou. Velké plus dáváme za ručníky na lehátkách, množství lehátek u bazénů a u moře, protože se nikdy nestalo. že by nebylo volno. Obsluha u bazénu a u moře vás tak rozmazluje, že je musíte odmítat. Chtěli bychom vyzvednout velmi profesionální slečnu Katarinu z Deluxe Collection Team, která pozvedla služby na nejvyšší úroveň. Zařídila nám návštěvu restaurace Tikitaka v program „Dine Out“ , jedné z nejlepších místních restaurací. Pomohla nám cennými radami při návštěvě Gibraltaru, Estepony, při vyřizování pozdního odhlášení a při zvládání všech našich rozmarů. Nikdy jsme se necítili tak rozmazlováni. Služba byla bezkonkurenční, personál byl pozorný, rychlý a zdvořilý, nic nebylo příliš obtížné.

We’ve just got back from another stay at Ikos Andalusia and had a really lovely week. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a two-bedroom suite with amazing sea views and a great balcony, which was a real bonus. The room was spacious, comfortable and kept beautifully clean. The private transfers to and from the airport were also really comfortable and made the journey very easy. The staff were one of the best parts of the holiday. Manuel in Deluxe Guest Relations was lovely and very helpful, and Karin and Fatima on WhatsApp Guest Relations were always quick to help whenever we needed anything. We spent a lot of time around the Deluxe pool and Erica, Maria, Dora, Fernando and Alejandro all looked after us so well. We really enjoyed all the little extras offered around the pool too, including fruit, protein shakes and cocktails. It made it very easy to spend a relaxing day there. We also had great service from Johan and Christian at Seasons, and Svetlana in Housekeeping did a lovely job looking after our suite. We asked if it was possible to have Danacol in our minibar and the team arranged it for us, which we really appreciated. We also loved the complimentary beach bag — such a useful extra and we used it all week. Our favourite restaurants were Anaya and Provence. We were a bit disappointed that we couldn’t get into either of them more than once during the week. We also tried to have lunch at Chiringuito one day but it was completely full. We didn’t end up eating at Flavors this time. We went down for breakfast one morning but there was a huge queue, so we went elsewhere instead. There are plenty of other places to eat, so it wasn’t a big problem, but restaurant availability was probably the one area that could have been better. The other thing we noticed was the number of wasps when eating outside. Obviously that’s not completely within the hotel’s control, but it did make some outdoor meals less relaxing, so it would be good if anything more could be done to reduce the problem around the dining areas. We also really enjoyed taking the complimentary Mini Countryman out for the day and drove to Estepona, Puerto Banús and Marbella, which was a great way to see a bit more of the area. Overall, we had another really good stay and would happily come back. A big thank you to all the staff who looked after us so well.

Our 6th visit and each time we feel our holiday just gets better and better. If you want a perfect luxury break, with the freedom to eat, drink, sunbath or do activities whenever you want then Ikos cannot be beaten. They also are making year on year improvements. Eg. new seating around the main bar, improved mini-bar and snacks, flowers & plants, etc. However it’s the customer service levels of all the staff which really make Ikos very special and a cut above any other all inclusive. From Christina at welcome, who has become far more than just a member of staff to us, her smile and friendly nature just makes the perfect start to our holiday, to Darko the Chiringuito manager who runs the best tapas lunch restaurant directly on the beach, you’ll ever find. He absolutely makes our holiday very special. We’d like to take him home😀 We’d also like to recognise Darko’s team of Daniel, Samuel and Ivan who all make the whole experience so positive and it runs like clockwork. Every night we would have a drink before and after dinner in the Main bar, which is just so good and Ivana made every drink so special, with her smile and lovely chats. All our restaurants were perfectly booked by our dear Marta Gomez, who was our first concierge a few years ago and who we now consider our good friend. We enjoyed the amazing Seasons restaurant with perfect service from Yegor and Jose. This restaurant experience is now close to a Michelin starred one with its high end deluxe food and wine offerings, overlooking the sea but it’s the staff who make it super special. We also received a lovely welcome letter from Rafail Mavridis along with a nice bottle of champagne. We will booking Ikos for next year as soon as the repeater discount email arrives 😀👍

we had an absolute wonderful stay at Ikos. This was our second time visiting this beautiful Resort, from the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded expectations. The resort is stunning, the rooms are spotless, the food is outstanding, and every member of the staff makes you feel genuinely welcome and valued. The restaurant, beach, pools, and overall atmosphere were exceptional, and the level of service too while the Resort truly felt 5 star. A very special thank you goes to Bella, who made our stay even more memorable. Her kindness, professionalism, and wonderful personality truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make us feel special, and her thoughtful gesture on our last day generally touched us. Employees like Bella are what make a resort truly unforgettable we can’t wait to return! if we could give this a 10 star rating we absolutely would. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation. We are already looking forward to coming back.❤️

Ikos Andalusia Our second stay at Ikos Andalusia was every bit as perfect as our first—if not even better. Once again, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The facilities are absolutely impeccable, the resort is beautifully maintained, and every aspect of our stay reflected the exceptional standards that Ikos is known for. What truly makes this resort so special, however, is its incredible team. Every member of staff is warm, welcoming, professional, and a real credit to the Ikos brand. We’d like to give some special recognition to a number of outstanding individuals who made our holiday unforgettable: * Darko, Daniel and Nadia at the Beachside Restaurant, who provided exceptional service with genuine warmth and attention to detail. * George and Natasha at the Beach Club, who always made us feel so welcome. * Panos, Martina and Martina at Ouzo for their fantastic hospitality and wonderful dining experience. * Martina at Fresco for her friendly and attentive service. * Mohamed in the Lobby Bar, whose service was consistently outstanding. * Victoria and Gabriel at the Scented Pool, who helped make every day relaxing and enjoyable. Each of these team members went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable, and they deserve every bit of recognition. A huge thank you to everyone at Ikos Andalusia for another amazing holiday. We can’t wait to return for our third stay at this wonderful resort next year!
