Ikos Andalusia

Úžasný týden V hotelu Ikos Andalusia jsme byli první týden v září 2024. Byla to naše třetí návštěva řetězce Ikos a opět jsme nabyli zklamáni. Ubytovali jsme se v Junior Suite Deluxe s výhledem na moře. Pokoj byl velmi prostorný, moderní, čistý, s obrovskou koupelnou a zařízeným balkonem. Nespresso káva a plně zásobený minibar doplňoval luxus. Restaurace uspokojí i nejnáročnějšího strávníka, nám nejvíce chutnalo v OUZO a Seasons pro deluxe hosty s úžasnou Eliškou. Návštěvu Provence jsme si nechali na poslední večer jako třešničku na dortu s profesionální Ninou. Velké plus dáváme za ručníky na lehátkách, množství lehátek u bazénů a u moře, protože se nikdy nestalo. že by nebylo volno. Obsluha u bazénu a u moře vás tak rozmazluje, že je musíte odmítat. Chtěli bychom vyzvednout velmi profesionální slečnu Katarinu z Deluxe Collection Team, která pozvedla služby na nejvyšší úroveň. Zařídila nám návštěvu restaurace Tikitaka v program „Dine Out“ , jedné z nejlepších místních restaurací. Pomohla nám cennými radami při návštěvě Gibraltaru, Estepony, při vyřizování pozdního odhlášení a při zvládání všech našich rozmarů. Nikdy jsme se necítili tak rozmazlováni. Služba byla bezkonkurenční, personál byl pozorný, rychlý a zdvořilý, nic nebylo příliš obtížné.

We’ve recently returned from our third stay at Ikos Andalusia and it remains our favourite out of all the Ikos resorts (we have visited all apart from Oceania and the newly opened Kissamos). All resorts are excellent but Andalusia is perfect for us as a couple in our thirties without children. Key highlights of the trip: - the food was excellent as always with our favourite restaurants being Beach Club, Oliva and Anaya. We really appreciated the efforts to discreetly seat couples and families with children in separate sections of the restaurant if possible. - Service at the beach pool was impeccable. Big thank you to Tara and Sandra who looked after us so well and are such hard workers - Same goes for service at the main bar where Fatima in particular was so friendly and made sure we always had everything we needed - We loved the adults only cocktail bar in the evening - perfect place to unwind before and after dinner. Angelo made superb cocktails and Cristina was so friendly and provided top notch service - Housekeeping was of the highest standard we’ve had at Ikos so far - room made up quickly in the morning, plus seamless turn down service in the evening whilst we’ve been out at dinner. This is not an easy feat with the number of rooms and we’ve had less consistent experiences at other resorts so thank you Eva from housekeeping for your care and attention to detail - We had a slight issue with our room on arrival and this was rectified quickly by Pablo at reception who also gave a lovely welcome when we were checking in and checked in on us a number of times during our stay which was much appreciated - Evening entertainment was quite low key but we really enjoyed the singer in the Main bar on the Friday evening - great atmosphere. We also enjoyed the flamenco duo in Oliva restaurant - Cocktail making class by Thomas the head bartender was very interesting and a fun way to spend a couple of hours - We made use of the shuttle to Estepona which was a nice morning out. Would be great to have shuttles to other locations e.g. Marbella old town All in all a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back in future!

The location, complex and customer service were unbeatable. From our arrival to our departure we felt as if we mattered. The staff were so attentive, friendly, smart and they worked tirelessly. Top quality alcohol and wines included and apart from the transport we did not spend a Euro. There are shops if you need anything and excellent childcare facilities for all ages They definitely value your custom and everything is accounted for, gym,cycle hire , children’s and adult entertainment Food is first class too at this spotlessly clean resort

We had a magical week near Estepona, no attention to detail was spared and the Deluxe team looked after our every need. Food and drink were top quality, we loved every minute and would definitely use Ikos again for a spoiling holiday. Special shout outs to Lora and Alexandru on reception and Erica, Dora and Josh by the pool. Difficult to single them out specially as all the staff were completely brilliant.

My daughter and I are allergic to certain foods and Lenka from Food and Bev was amazing, she looked after us EVERY day and we managed to pre-order for dinner and never once had a problem. Lenka made our holiday !!
