NO WiFi in the rooms, staff with attitude, the place and breakfast was nice but couldn’t even listen to music the tvs didn’t work it felt overpriced for what it was, there’s way better places with working amenities for less

Lovely Pool Area but sadly very lacking in Sun Umbrellas. Bedrooms comfortable , food quite good, staff helpful but when weather sunny, everyone has to move to sit in the shaded area behind the Main Building. Then later in the day as heat subsides everyone moves back into the open spaces around the pool in the sun. All this 'moving around' could so easily be avoided by the simple addition of a goodly number of sun Umbrellas scattered around the Pool Area. Hope the management will take note of this Constructive Suggestion before our next visit in a few weeks time.

It is a joy to walk into this large, bright, modern property. It is a lovely hotel with nice size, comfortable rooms with a balcony. It might be a good idea to look at the room before you accept. Any one on a lower floor that faces the highway will be noisy. If this is a problem ask for a room facing the pool area. There are six floors, so the higher the better for least noise from the highway. The buffet breakfast is excellent and they are good at replenishing quickly. I had room 3515 on the 5th floor with a view of the pool area of the hotel next door and a slight view of the highway. Unfortunately, I thought housekeeping was a little sloppy. Coffee/tea amenities are often not replaced. I always had to look for the housekeeping cart and ask for them. Know that there is no Kleenex in the room, nor small packs of tissues - so bring your own. The room has a small kitchenette with kettle, mini-fridge and sink. The best (and closest) supermarket for snacks is in La Corte Ingles on the next block. This is also a great place to pick up high quality olive oil, chocolates and bitter orange marmalade from Seville to take home. You need to use a QR code to learn about the hotel. It is a shame the information it is not available on the TV. This is an excellent property close to good restaurants, the beach, shopping and the port.

Nice staff. Clean rooms. Good food. Overall pleasant stay, good for family and business trips. Close to Marbella's finest areas.
