AC Didnt work reported 3 times and no one came to check let alone fix the issue, bed bugs have bitten all 3 of us. Room was dirty when we arrived floors all sticky and dusty and the shower base was also dirty. These things are very important basic standard things that shouldnt be an issue.

Great location for us . Reasonably quiet with lovely sea view and stunning sunsets. A little disappointed that a kettle was only provided with a €30 deposit and daily charge as we were staying for 14 days we went into San Antonio and bought a kettle. The appartment was very spacious and comfortable with 2 balconies and 2 televisions . Despite catering for a lot of English guests there were no English channels available After conversation with reception staff they did get a BBC channel but no sound!! Food and drink was acceptable for us as we like different meals but am not sure it would suit a meat and 2 veg type diner. The staff were lovely particularly the dinning room staff. On the whole a nice hotel and we mostly enjoyed our stay. Transport links are good with buses and water buses . Thank you.

We stayed here for a week. Ignore any bad reviews this is a really nice hotel staff are very pleasant The location is a stand out feature of this hotel, it is on the coast with the most beautiful view of the sunset. Pool area is clean and tidy, sunbeds are a bit hard but it is a 3 star hotel just standard Rooms are adequate, good showers air cons. fans rooms cleaned every day. Food is good, there is always plenty of choice myself and my children always found something to eat great selection Would definitely recommend as a nice 3 star hotel

At first glance, very nice hotel. This was until i had stayed for a few days. The cleaners blatantly did not clean. They made the beds and that was about it. The floors were left filthy and it was overall dirty. There was mould in our shower and we were often not provided with enough towels or bed sheets for the amount of people staying. There was a lack of option in the buffet. Despite that, the location is lovely.

Just come back from nereida hotel, we stayed Fri to mon, the hotel room was clean and spacious, had a fridge and balcony facing pool and sea views, quiet location which was nice for us as we didn’t want the lively Ibiza experience, we stayed half board, I had hoped for lovely Spanish food so was disappointed when it was basic English food, all beige, Spanish frittata no colourful veggies in it just dry potatoe, greasy bacon and sausages, the watermelon was the best bit, evening meal again basic English food, again beige, chips, pizza, spring rolls, the lock on our door was broken,
