Stayed for 5 nights , was very disappointed initially with the room (studio) I was allocated, it was outdated and depressing with a view over the road at the back of the hotel. However I was offered a better room with pool view and 2 balconies for no extra cost which changed the entire experience. The hotel was super busy so I was lucky. It’s not a 5 star hotel, so I wasn’t expecting too much , however I found it absolutely fine for my short stay. The pool is great for families and the location perfect ; it has its own beachfront and close enough to all the action but in a very quiet spot with sunset views. A special note to all the staff who were friendly and helpful and made my stay feel welcome and family like.

Recently returned after spending a week at this hotel. I have to say that all of the staff were the nicest most friendly and helpful staff we have ever met. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels every day. The pool area was very good with plenty of sunbeds The air conditioning could have been a little better. There was always plenty of choice at meal times. We would definitely visit this hotel again

Sunset is amazing from this hotel! Hotel pool area very modern and clearly refurbished. Bed stacked and pool area cleaned daily. Rooms are clean although bathrooms could do with some refurbishment. Daily housekeeping. Sadly our room faced neighbouring apartments with constant smell of weed being smoked even at 7am. Restaurant food was ok, bit bland and quite often cold but there is a microwave. Great salad selection. Didn’t go hungry. Breakfast was a traditional British fry up and the orange juice was amazing. All inclusive was good, nice selection of ice cream and snacks available. Only disappointing was arrived early to be told we could have our bands till after breakfast and then it ended at breakfast on day of departure even though we didn’t leave till 8pm. Left to fend for ourselves. Struggled to get taxis to pick up and take into the bay, no signs of the water taxis. Most Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Myself and my wife went on a 3 day holiday for her birthday. We found the hotel brilliant! It's nice and clean everywhere, a very relaxed vibe, the room was fine, cleaned every day, bins emptied etc, bathroom was spotless. The hotel staff are brilliant, all reception staff are friendly and welcoming, all speak great English, and a special mention to the British bar manager who is lovely. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning and it was just fine - not amazing but it is what you expect at a breakfast buffet, nice fry up options for us Brits and plenty of other choice. I would recommend this hotel to people and feel like the few bad reviews I've read are not a fair reflection.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay. The hotel was lovely, it was clean and the staff were very friendly. It is at the far end of San Antoni bay so very quiet but that’s exactly what we wanted. The rooms were slightly dated but functional and cleaned every day. I was worried about some of the bad reviews but there was no need to worry, the atmosphere was enjoyable. A great mix of families and couples/friends. Buffet was standard, nice food but not much variation. We booked this trip last minute and it was great value for Money - we were half board plus and saved ourselves the cost on eating out.
