Hotel desserves the 4 star qualification. Accommodation and room are perfect. the fridge was filled at arrival for all in clients. Morning breakfast, buffet and noon meals are really of excellant quality. a special thanks to guestserv ice desk, Mrs Denisse, and Mr Aquiles who was very helpful. Simply a perfect choice - friendly and polite personnal.

Came to Ibiza by myself and was nervous to do a solo trip! As soon as I got here the staff, especially aquiles made me feel so comfortable. All the staff has been exceptional. And the vibe is perfect!!

Group of 5 friends, we stayed AI, mid-June, Sun to Thurs. Hotel is fabulous, clean and modern, staff are friendly and helpful. Food choices were great . . . if you don't have everything every night there's enough variety to keep you going! It's cooked fresh and plenty of it. Breakfast until midday is amazing, Pool bar has great food choices as another option to main restaurant too. Cocktails were made fresh & and these, aswell as wine/sangria/Cava were good quality, although bar queues could be around 20mins at times. Upper level upgrade is €90 pp/day!! and really not needed if you have a bit of patience with bar wait times. Needed to be early (closed off until ? 10ish) to get a sunbed where you catch sun all-day, especially by Thurs when weekend crowds started arriving. It's not adults only but probably better suited to couples/adult groups as not really geared towards families with younger children. The entertainment is fabulous (as hotel entertainment goes) but definitely needs PG rating at times! The ONLY fault is the cleaning staff are very noisy in the mornings, chatting and banging doors from about 9am, also other guests tend to let doors slam too (which is not fault of hotel) so if you like a lie in take ear plugs! However, would 100% stay here again 👍🏻

From the second we walked into the reception area of the hotel being able to see the full length of the hotel you could tell this was a top quality hotel it was spotlessly clean the man at reception was friendly and welcoming and very efficient, we arrived around 10:30 but the room was not available until 2:15 which was a shame but not a problem. The room was excellent clean tidy and very modern, the shower area was superb, the stairs, lift and walkways were clean and tidy and well lit, the bed was very comfortable and pillows superb the air conditioning was quiet and kept the room at a lovely temperature, The pool area was again clean and tidy, the pool was large and well maintained there were plenty of sun beds and parasols, the bar area was large and well staffed, there were staff walking around taking drinks orders and clearing glasses all the time. The two restaurants were clean, tidy and well staffed, the choice of food was excellent something for everyone. All the staff went out of there way to make you enjoy your stay. I can highly recommend this hotel absolutely superb. Thankyou Twiins.
