The Ibiza Twiins

We booked all inclusive direct with the hotel. The rooms are comfy, as others have said the frosted glass walls to the shower and toilet are a bit weird and means if you turn the light on when someone’s sleeping you wake them up. But the view was amazing and the beds are comfy and we didn’t hear anything from our neighbours. The food is good especially breakfast and the food at the snack bar is amazing. Have your lunch here it is freshly cooked and the service is 5 stars. Drinks are freshly made and mixed, no pre-made cocktails. The pool area is fantastic with great views over the sea. You can also get onto the beach through a turnstile using your room key. The staff are all great and work tirelessly to give you the best holiday and a great experience. Special shout out to Fran on the snack bar, he is quite possibly the most efficient waiter ever, super friendly and always smiling. Also Isabel, taking drinks orders from your sunbeds was fantastic, always smiling and positive. We would all recommend this hotel. We were here in October the week before half term so it was quiet, I imagine in summer it would be a lot busier.

y daughter and I absolutely loved our stay at the Twins Hotel in Ibiza! We enjoyed it so much that we actually rebooked for June before we left, which says it all. The staff were fantastic, the entertainment was brilliant, and the overall atmosphere made our holiday such a wonderful experience. Everything came together to make our stay enjoyable, and we honestly couldn’t fault the hotel overall. The only area for improvement would be the food temperature. Unfortunately, the food was often only lukewarm rather than piping hot, which was a little disappointing. With the food served hotter, the experience would have been even better. That said, this certainly hasn’t put us off returning. We’re already looking forward to coming back in June and making more lovely memories! We recently stayed in The Ibiz Twiins, and what a great hotel to stay in. We stayed all inclusive, and the staff at the hotel, nothing seemed too much to do. The restaurants were filled with great food, and the staff were very attentive or nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly stay here again

Great location half way between Ibiza old town, and the southern tip of Playa d’en Bossa. Easy and not expensive to get around by taxi. Chilled and classy atmosphere. We had double with partial sea view, modern, clean and spacious enough. Decent enough value for , it’s Ibiza so it comes with a price mark up. Great service on reception, bars, pool area and restaurant.

I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars as the hotel, rooms, staff and entertainment are all excellent but there was one issue, almost all the food was at best tepid warm. Tasted fine and good selection spoiled by temperature unfortunately. Drinks were good although cocktails not great. Room. 10/10 Staff. 10/10 Location. 10/10 Entertainment. 11/10. Brilliant!!!! Food. 6/10. Only because of temp Spirits and beer. 10/10 Cocktails 6/10 I would however definitely go back as the good far outweighed the not so good.
