The Ibiza Twiins

The hotel is beautiful, with an amazing view. The evening shows were very entertaining, and the food was good overall. The only issue with the food is that there isn’t a lot of variety, so this could be a problem for someone who doesn’t eat fish. The biggest issue was that during the day, bottled water was not included. Only tap water was available, and if you wanted a bottle of water, you had to pay for it, even though we had an all-inclusive package. We were only given bottles of water when we went for lunch or dinner.

My family stayed at the Twiins at the beginning of August 26 first impressions when we arrived beautiful hotel Myself and my husband had a room and my three sons shared another, which they kindly put us next to each other Unfortunately we started getting a terrible smell in the rooms which the boys noticed on day one!! So I went and spoke with the lovely Denisse she was so helpful and vey friendly she changed both rooms within the hour!!! So thank you very much Denisse I would also like to say a massive thank you to three other ladies who made this happen so quickly Laura Paula Jessica Absolutely all amazing ladies they worked so hard Thank you for a lovely holiday The Hayes family

I would like to say how incredible this hotel was for us. We are a family of 3, our son is 15, so firstly, the entertainment was much more suited for us all as we didn't have to endure a kids disco! The entertainment started at 10pm which is perfect for us, rather than it ending at 10pm which you get in most hotels. The entertainers were incredible and all the shows were so good. Second thing, the times of the food suited us right to the ground, we aren't particularly early risers and we certainly don't want to be when on holiday. The breakfast was on until midday which was perfect. The food was so good. The snack bar was our favourite, the staff were quick, attentive and very pleasant. The night time buffet was always lovely and there wasn't huge queues and always a good choice. The Asian night was unreal, we ate far too much, and I don't regret it! One night we got invited to the Upper Level for a cocktail event, with a singer on and food and cocktails. The setting was incredible and the whole thing was so special and much appreciated. We never had to get up at a silly time in the morning to do 'sun bed wars' there was always enough beds, which everyone can understand is lovely, in my opinion, no one on their holidays wants to be setting an alarm and fighting for a sunbed! The all inclusive really was exactly what you want it to be, there were Spirits that were premium and the cocktails were so good, we're used to watered down rubbish and we certainly didn't get that here. Our room was clean and the cleaners were attentive, leaving towel animals and sweets. The room was spacious enough for us 3 and it was comfy. The mini bar which provided water and soft drinks was brilliant. Once again, the staff were always helpful, polite and lovely -- They deserve plenty of credit. We all had such a fantastic time and would definitely go back, this holiday was such an amazing experience made by everything about this hotel and the staff. Our Son said it was the best holiday he'd ever been on. So once again, thank you Ibiza Twiins for making our time with you so brilliant! And I would 100% recommend to anyone (especially if you have children who don't want to endure the kids discos anymore!)

Great experience as always. Third stay at the Twiins & I could not imagine staying anywhere else in Ibiza 🥺 Rooms are always cleaned impeccably, food at breakfast & dinner always hot with plenty of options! Drinks at the bar are high standard & the snack bar is our fave with amazing meals on offer 💓 this year they gave my friend an allergy card as she was gluten free and I thought this was a great touch! Our happy place and will return in the future! Location perfect too, miss the sea views and sunrise everyday! Xx

First time staying at the twins hotel and found it a great location, close enough to Bossa strip to walk but far enough away that you could chill away from the main drag. We got a taxi from the airport which took about 10 mins and 16 euros and taxi rank also right outside for getting around albeit they were sometimes a struggle to get one at busy times. We stayed on the 7th floor and had a lovely view across the pool and the sea. The pool tended to get quite busy and had a fairly chilled atmosphere, probably would have preferred to have some more music / dj around the pool during the day rather than the weird sort of dancers. The room was clean modern and had everything we needed, good shower and comfy bed. Our fridge didn’t work for the first couple of days but had it replaced. Reception staff were friendly and helpful where we needed it. We stayed room only so didn’t eat there but there are some cafes close by that we went to for breakfast and lots of places to eat along the beach. The hotel is right on the beach but didn’t notice sunbeds provided or anything so just chuck a towel down or do what we did and just have a paddle in the sea and then back to the pool. We found it to be quiet at night, not full of the wrong sort of people and hotel seemed to control well people who would access at night to keep the wrong people out also.
