Do not recommend this hotel. Bad value for money and the worst Spanish hospitality I have ever experienced. CONS - RUDE STAFF. They'll go out of their way to avoid eye contact, return smiles, and say hello, and are so unwelcoming, especially reception. The female employees were rude to me on multiple occasions, except the lovely blonde working at the pool bar. - Bland, poor-quality breakfast. Glad I didn't get the all-inclusive. Much better restaurants right next to the hotel. - No robes or slippers is ridiculous for the cost - No kettle or iron in room - Inconsiderate guests with noise levels. Even at 5 am... - Awful soundproofing. Walls are so thin. I was on the 6th floor and could hear people in the ground-floor breakfast room in the morning! - Doors slam so, so loud it'll wake you up - Joy rooms don't look as nice as Life and have outdated bathrooms. They also only showed pictures of the Life rooms when I booked. I requested a Life room, but I'm 100% positive reception lied about them being fully booked. The hotel had multiple rooms still available when I went online. - No room service (again, ridiculous) - Non-blackout curtains - No help with luggage PROS - Great location, walking distance to beach clubs, Hï, and Ushuaia. - Housekeeping and Joy building male staff were very nice - Taxi rank right outside hotel - Pool area was nice - Breakfast being available until 12 was nice for late nights - Reception areas and hallways have very cool designs - Live entertainment throughout the day was a great touch

First impressions were great, good check in process and our room was ready early. All staff we met throughout the hotel were very helpful and friendly. We were half board and food was very good. Lovely smoothies and juices, continental and hot range. Dinner was great, always hot and varied and restaurant didn't feel overcrowded. We booked a venture sea view room. This came with access to the 'upper level' which was great as it was much calmer and quieter there with fewer queues. This suited us as we were looking to relax and chill. The main pool was busy with more of a party atmosphere (some stag/ hens and groups). Nothing wrong with that, just depends what vibe you're looking for. Ibiza old town was beautiful, lovely restaurants and shops. Theres a seabus that departs from the jetty opposite the hotel or around ten euro in a taxi. There were all ages at the hotel but it isn't really suitable for children. As with anything it depends what you pay for it. We had a good last minute deal and were happy overall. The only but significant issue we had was noise at night on most nights. Groups of youngsters running up and down the corridors banging and shouting throughout the early hours and the fire alarm went off twice. It's obviously a party venue and people will be coming in late but waking everyone up throughout the night is unreasonable and meant we returned home tired rather than rested. Not sure what the hotel could do but it would affect whether we returned.

Absolutely superb!! Impeccably clean and modern, lively and fun atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, impressive range of tasty food. Can’t recommend enough!!

Honestly have nothing but praise for the hotel. From arriving to leaving every member of staff we interacted with were really friendly and made our stay perfect. We were all inclusive. The drinks were spot on some alcoholic drink options were premium. Food was good and something different everyday. Snack bar was a nice touch being able to order off a menu at the pool bar. There was also a smoothie bar. Our room was very good and clean. Beds were very comfy. It was my Girlfriends birthday whilst we were there and on her birthday when we got back to the room there was a bottle of fizz waiting for us on ice. Pool area was huge, plenty of sun beds so no fighting for beds either. Entertainment shows were really good very professional but also had us laughing every night. The location was pretty good too. Ushuaïa and Hi were about 20 min stroll away and Ibiza town roughly the same but the opposite way. Although we got the sea bus to Ibiza town from the happiness bar which was next to the hotel and took about 15mins we also got the sea bus back and we were told it runs until around 1 am ish. I would highly recommend this hotel and would 100% stay again. Actually thinking about booking again for next year.
