Vibra District - Adults Only

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the beginning of our stay until the end. On one of our first days, we were sitting by the pool listening to music on our speaker. Without saying a word, a security guard walked over, switched off my speaker (which was a very expensive personal item), and walked away. I was shocked that he felt it was appropriate to touch my property without asking. Had anything happened to it, I would have been extremely upset. After this, my friend went to reception to ask why. We were shown the hotel rules, which stated that loud or disturbing music was not permitted after 11:00 pm. As it was daytime and nobody around us appeared to be disturbed—in fact, many people were enjoying the music—we questioned this. The receptionist then told us it was fine, so we returned to the pool and turned the music back on. Shortly afterwards, the same security guard came back, spoke to us aggressively, demanded we turn it off, and tried to make us go back inside. I refused because I didn’t see why we should spend our holiday arguing over music when reception had just told us it was allowed. He then brought the receptionist outside, who told us off in front of everyone by the pool and made us turn the music off. Many guests around us booed because they wanted the music to stay on. What made this even more frustrating was that the very next day, and for the remainder of our holiday, several other groups openly played music around the pool. The same security guard was present on multiple occasions and did not appear to challenge them or ask them to turn it off. From our perspective, the rules seemed to be enforced differently depending on the guests involved. The end of our stay was even worse. One of our friends became seriously unwell, was vomiting, and panicked because she believed she was choking. In that moment, she climbed over to the neighbouring balcony to get help. We fully appreciate that this was against hotel safety rules, but it was clearly an emergency rather than reckless behaviour. Despite this, the hotel chose to remove not only the guest involved but also another guest who had no involvement in the incident whatsoever. We felt there was very little compassion or willingness to listen to the circumstances before making such a serious decision. Overall, we left feeling singled out, embarrassed, and unfairly treated. We understand that hotels have rules, and we respect the importance of safety. However, we also expect staff to apply those rules consistently, treat guests respectfully, and use discretion when genuine emergencies arise. Sadly, because of our experience, we would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it based on the way we were treated.

Fantastic location with bus station and taxis close by, short walk to bars, restaurants and clubs. Rooms are ok, shower Is good but they never filled the body wash container in the 4 days we were there. Food is ok with plenty of choice but never hot unless you get the things they cook in front of you. Drinks included in the all inclusive are ok, I would avoid the cocktails though that come from a tap, I believe you get better ones with all inclusive gold. Pool towels were never mentioned when checking in, but they are available from reception with a €10 euro deposit. Staff are all friendly, but check in was very slow even when not particularly busy. Not a huge number of sunbeds and the swarm go out reserving the beds by the pool the moment the pool opens, then disappear for hours!! DJ bu the pool sometimes but not everyday Overall not bad value for money and a great base for partying

Avoid this hotel if you want a relaxing and genuinely all-inclusive experience. We were repeatedly told off by a staff member called Joseph for playing very quiet music by the pool, despite the hotel policy only stating that loud music which disturbs other guests is not allowed. Our music was at a low volume and wasn’t bothering anyone, yet we were singled out and spoken to unnecessarily. We asked everyone round the pool if they allowed us to have the music and they all consented. Another major issue was the water situation. We paid for an all-inclusive package, yet after 11pm when the bar closes, there is no access to drinking water. When we asked for water, we were told to drink tap water instead, and on other occasions were asked to pay for bottled water. For an all-inclusive hotel, charging guests for water or leaving them without access to drinking water overnight is completely unacceptable. The hotel seems far more concerned with enforcing unnecessary rules than ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. Between the inconsistent treatment by staff and the lack of basic all-inclusive provisions, this was a disappointing experience and not somewhere I would choose to stay again.

Pros - pool area is nice and clean - The pool staff are friendly - Location is perfect for Ibiza - Taxi rank outside - Lots of clothes shops, cafes and hairdressers and souvenir shops - The tattoo artist and hairdresser in the hotel is amazing - The beds are comfortable - The water pressure in the shower is good - 20-25 mins from airport Cons - Food is nice but extremely cold - Unsure why the staff ask for your room number when you have all inclusive wristbands on when going for the food - No tea/coffee was available - The rooms are tiny - The cleanliness of the rooms are poor - The check in was extremely slow and disorganised - The hotel staff did not tell you enough about the pool towels, the location of what’s in the hotel - The sink and toilet situation is ridiculous in the room - The hotel staff always want to clean early knowing that it is a party hotel and everyone is sleeping and hungover - The token process for the all inclusive drinks is ridiculous Overall it’s an ok hotel. Funnily enough they have a girl walking around adding fake Google reviews off everyone’s phones for ‘free drinks’

I would like to give this review to the lovely manageress of The Vibra District Hotel in Ibiza.My 2 daughters are staying there this week to celebrate my youngest Ashleigh's 21st Birthday.They got talking to the manageress on the way back from 528 Ibiza and she recognised their bonds and asked them where they staying at The Vibra they said yes they are staying this week to celebrate Ashleigh's 21st on Thursday.The girls came back from Ocean Beach yesterday 11 June and the lovely manager had put in their room,a bottle of Prosecco,2 glasses,2 Tote Bags,2 fans and 2 Key rings.What a wonderful gesture from the Manageress and Ashleigh was well made up.Thank you so much you are a credit to the Hotel and the Company.
