Vibra District - Adults Only

We have a very early morning flight and got taxis to the hotel, we could not check in until 2pm, staff were very friendly and let us out our luggage in the storage room, no problem we went out and found a bar and had cocktails, got in our rooms, nice and clean, fresh towels and clean bedding, the cleaning staff are so sweet they gave us extra pillows and duvets when asked and we even got some cute towel art! The breakfast was good with variety although hot offerings a little cold, security guys were fab, always waved when we came in or out, this is a hotel full of young clubbing guests so expect noise in the corridors, all in all we had a great stay and would come again

The hotel room was nice but weirdly laid out with the basin next to the sink, which didn't make it easy to be quiet when brushing my teeth and trying not to disturb the wife when I'd woke up early and she wanted to sleep. . The gym doesn't open till 10 which is disappointing as I'm an early riser and won't eat until after training but breakfast is only served till 11, so i never made it there. . It's mainly young people with a few odd older couples like ourselves. Definitely preferred THB o'beach in May.

I would NOT stay at this hotel unless you wanted to be discriminated. The security guards here are WEIRD and very sexist towards women. Staff r rude, the guy try to bribe us with 40 euros for no apparent reason. Also all week people have been sleeping on the chairs in reception waiting for their buss to airport I fell asleep and I get RUDELY awoken by the weird security guard telling me I can’t sleep in reception even tho I had seen people do it all week. Very pervy and strange. Also the breakfast food is freezing cold dry and horrible. Not what you want in the morning before a busy day. Very very very very disappointed with this as seen so many good reviews and payed a lot of money to stay here. Didn’t go in the pool once as could never get a sun lounger the drinks was atrocious and the cleaners would never give clean towels when asked. The security guard followed me and my friend to the room on multiple occasions causing us of stuff and trying to get money off us. On the first night we got here the hotel had flooded and made us walk through horrible dirty sewage water with no shoes on. No apologies or anything for the disturbance caused. The air-con was horrible made us all very very unwell. We wasn’t aloud to bring food back in to the room even tho LOADS of people was doing it. It was a horrible horrible experience. Unless you want to get perverted on by the staff and have unfair treatment DO NOT STAY HERE

We recently stayed in this hotel after extending our holiday in Ibiza. We were previously staying in playa den bossa at a 4star hotel. We were firstly very surprised this hotel is classed as a 4star comparing it to the hotel we previously stayed at I would say this hotel is far away from being classed as a 4star. Thankfully we only stayed 3 nights at vibra district. The main disappointment about this hotel was the cleanliness. My partner and I both felt that the layout of the bathroom was poor and pretty filthy! Being all black it shows up the dirt.. The toilet seat was all stained which wasn’t very pleasant and the shower was leaking. We both felt that the staff were miserable too, especially the cleaners who wouldn’t even reply when we said morning! I would also like to note that most people staying at this hotel were 20-30 age group, it’s a perfect hotel for a lads holiday or if you don’t plan on staying in your room For long! I believe this is a better/more modern vibra chain hotel to stay at in San Antonio. The food was average however we only had breakfast. And the pool was very small, we didn’t use it as it didn’t look the most appealing! However a positive point to make is that this hotel has a taxi rank right outside the hotel along with the beach only being a short walk. The bar area by the pool Is also a nice option and I believe the drinks were reasonably priced. I’d sum this hotel as a no thrill hotel which would be perfect for a group of friends who want the party atmosphere. It was pretty noisy as close to the road and obviously being a hotel with many 20-30yr olds busy by the pool area and loud through the night/early hours. I would personally avoid this hotel if you are a couple. Unless you want a fun/full on atmosphere and not bothered about a luxury stay.

The hotel advertises as a 4 star but I think that is pushing it. The staff are all great and get the balance of letting people have fun and making sure people are not taking things to the extreme, just right! The security at the hotel are fantastic, we always felt very safe. Hotel room layouts are very off-putting for us to visit again, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. Very poor quality beds, bedding, towels, and hotel information in rooms. Pool area and pool is dirty! We would not visit again but may try one of the alternate Vibra hotels on the island. This hotel is a 2 STAR MAX
