This hotel was alright. We arrived at 2 am, the staff were slow and we got a "map" which didn't help at all. When we got to the room we went to bed, but in the morning the shower was broken. So was the AC , so we asked the reception to fix it, they never came. Then we asked to move rooms. The positive thing was our new room was good and everything was working, but the TV was glitchy and only one channel worked. The staff spoke very little English and it was hard to order stuff from the snack bar, but there was only cold burgers and chips anyway. The entertainment was nice, and the dancing and acro was good. But the grease looked very poor. The people around the pool were very nice, and was pretty fun, although our nearest pool was very crowded. It wasn't unbearable, but I've been to many better hotels

Terrible place. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. More like 1 star. Cockroaches in the rooms and all over the place, very dirty,cleaning service was every three days. Electronic keys were not working and every day ,sometimes twice we had to go to the reception which was 200 meters from the building. Staff extremely rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this place, the photos that the hotel are showing are fake.

We have just spent a week at Bellevue and honestly don’t understand the really awful reviews we read before travelling. We stayed in Diana 1 (now called Reef 1) our room was clean and spacious and was cleaned twice during our stay. We did arrive early hours of the morning and I will say it was difficult to find our way as we were just given a map and had 2 young children and a lot of luggage but managed to get our bearings quickly. Every pool was amazing, plenty of sunbeds even if you go late morning apart from the main (Leda) pool as this is where they have entertainment on. If you have a baby and shade is essential I would advise to put towels down early to ensure you get an umbrella. The entertainment was fantastic, especially the MJ tribute! There is a fair and arcade on site and children will never be bored. When we first arrived food was very much the same everyday but towards the end of our trip they opened up the Italian restaurant and Mediterranean and they were great! Snack vans during the day is literally just burgers, hot dogs, chips and nuggets. 10 minute walk to a gorgeous white sand beach and plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. Take plenty of mosquito repellant if you’re easily bit especially at the night entertainment as it’s next to the lake. We did have a couple of minor issues during our stay, 1. Our balcony door was broken and wouldn’t lock but it was rectified within 10 minutes 2. Our shower would flood quite easily, we didn’t complain about this as we just managed with quick showers. You get what you pay for and we would definitely rebook.
