Awful. Not at all relaxing. We live with a disability in our family. We rely on accessible pathways and ramps into buildings. This place has the worst excuse of them I have ever seen. Extremely limited as to where we can go, an absolute disgrace. No accessible toilet facilities anywhere near a swimming pool. At first the room looked fantastic, however, repeated power cuts meant no lights, hot water or air conditioning in 39 degrees of heat. We couldn't recharge medical equipment on a regular basis causing elevated levels of anxiety. Unbelievable. Such a run down, overcrowded complex with not enough facilities around the vastly spread out swimming pools. Bring you're own sun shades as there are too few and the sun loungers should all be recycled. The swimming pools are dirty, especially the one next to the waterpark. Suncream, hair, bird feathers, grass cuttings and pine needles throughout. The hotel cannot provide fans when the air conditioning breaks, it cannot provide bottled water and they're solution to the repeated power outages is to 'open the window' to cool the room.....it's 39 degrees outside! What i witnessed inside the unsecured switchroom was unbelievable, a certain fire hazard. A fan wired into the switch room power supply, trying to cool the very hot air that is causing the power cuts. No lights in stairwells, lifts that don't work and I've no doubt, no active fire detection during these cuts. The hotel staff actually gave me a warning not to enter their unsecured switchrooms! I spoke to various holiday makers here and they have all been moved rooms due to various issues within rooms. Utterly shambolic. Unacceptable. Unsafe. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We are really enjoying the amimation team....especially Greta. We can't wait to see what's in store for the next few days

Arrived at 2pm, took 20 mins to book in and be told there was no room ready, we were sent to the garden hotel and told to leave belonging there, there was no reception at this area, we managed to find main reception miles away, allocated a room in the garden hotel, wow what a basic room bed collapsed when we sat on it, I went back to reception as we had paid for a delux room, sent back to where we we're originally dropped off went to the room and the card was broken, we went to reception reset key still didn’t work, we needed to wait for a technician, at this point I flipped as it was now 6pm finally got in our room to shower and change and we managed to find the restaurant, I have 3 children with me. First and last visit here, not worth the money at all

The entertainment team were amazing especially greta, very friendly and welcoming to everyone! The foam party was amazing and very fun!!!

Loved the animation team especially Tiffany she’s been so helpful with us and especially with the kids ! The foam party was amazing it’s On every Tuesday. Lovely place to be
