Hotel Blau nás nadchl krásným a prostorným areálem plným palem – připadali jsme si spíš jako na Bali 🌴. Žádné betonové komplexy, ale příjemné a zelené prostředí. Snídaně i večeře byly výborné, s opravdu širokým výběrem 🍽️. Na večeři jsme dostali k narozeninám láhev sektu, milé gesto od hotelu 😊. Pokoj byl útulný a čistý. Chyběly však hygienické potřeby (vatové tamponky, tyčinky) a toaleta i sprcha byly "součástí pokoje" jen za mléčným sklem, takže menší soukromí. Televize nebyla smart. Byli jsme rádi za bezplatnou pitnou vodu 24/7 v restauraci nebo na recepci. Oceňujeme i bezplatné parkování v ulici hned u hotelu 🅿️. Navíc jen pár minut autem od jedné z nejhezčích pláží na Mallorce – Es Trenc. Skvělá volba pro pohodovou dovolenou!

What a fantastic and beautiful place this is My wife and I have been visiting this hotel for 15 years and it is still one of our favourite hotels.What makes this place so amazing in one word the staff they are the difference The bar team Marco Mohamed manuel Danny and the rest of the bar team are absolutely fantastic nothing is too much trouble .Then there is the restaurant staff Pako Margarita Esteban sima and too many others to mention who always make the restaurant a lovely and delicious experience If you want to be made to feel special then this is the perfect place to visit

It is a relaxing place, beautiful paths between the ponds and the palm trees, it is always a pleasant walk to go anywhere - so much better than pressing the 'restaurant' or sauna button in a busy sterile hotel lift. It is very clean, especially room cleaning. Food is reasonably fresh and diverse. That hotel is better & cleaner than a few 5stars in Switzerland! What also made our stay enjoyable was the staff, very helpful, mindful, efficient and most importantly friendly. Special thumbs up to Diego & Yolanda from the restaurant and to Mohammed from the bar! The only regret is that all the tennis courts were already booked for weeks, with no prior notice. Important to know that the salt lakes bring lots of mosquitoes. Some complained about the frogs (I don't mean the french tourists ;) but one could hardly hear them with windows closed, I personally found them soothing.

Friendly hotel staff magnificent food can Imagine gets very busy in high season. Spa price a little excessive and personally feel under 16 should be not allowed at all especially ones with arm bands did ruin our relaxation experience in massage pools.
