Blau Colonia Sant Jordi

Hotel Blau nás nadchl krásným a prostorným areálem plným palem – připadali jsme si spíš jako na Bali 🌴. Žádné betonové komplexy, ale příjemné a zelené prostředí. Snídaně i večeře byly výborné, s opravdu širokým výběrem 🍽️. Na večeři jsme dostali k narozeninám láhev sektu, milé gesto od hotelu 😊. Pokoj byl útulný a čistý. Chyběly však hygienické potřeby (vatové tamponky, tyčinky) a toaleta i sprcha byly "součástí pokoje" jen za mléčným sklem, takže menší soukromí. Televize nebyla smart. Byli jsme rádi za bezplatnou pitnou vodu 24/7 v restauraci nebo na recepci. Oceňujeme i bezplatné parkování v ulici hned u hotelu 🅿️. Navíc jen pár minut autem od jedné z nejhezčích pláží na Mallorce – Es Trenc. Skvělá volba pro pohodovou dovolenou!

Whilst staying at this hotel our baby daughter became sick with a high fever (not related to the hotel). The manager (Salua) at the hotel showed us such kindness and helped us when we were at our most vulnerable. She immediately snapped into action and drove us to three separate hospitals in her own car. At each hospital she translated and stood up for us when we received poor treatment at two of the first hospitals. She then drove us all the way to Palma hospital. She helped us get food and was willing to stay with us all night! We had to convince her to leave and that we would get a taxi home. She gave us her number and told her to call her and that she would come pick us up. She is the kindness person we have come across and looked after us and our baby girl when she was at her worse. She checked in with us throughout our stay and we will be forever grateful for her. We will never forget her and her kindness. If you have a baby and are looking for a hotel please know that you are in extremely good hands here... Everyone goes out of their way to look after you and welcome you. We were allowed to bring food back to our room at breakfast as our baby was still not well when discharged from the hospital. All the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and supported us through a difficult time. We can't comment much on the hotel itself as we unfortunately spent most of our time in the room! But the staff here are incredible.. especially Salua.

A very good experience; the property is well-maintained and has a great atmosphere. The garden is magnificent, and we were warmly welcomed. We recommend this hotel.

Awesome hotel and facilities!

Holiday has been totally spoiled due vast numbers of mosquitos which are even biting through clothing so unfortunately unable to recommend this hotel. Large stagnant salt flats opposite the hotel dont help. Its a shame because the food is very good and staff are very nice. There are some nice areas around such as the harbour marina and beaches.
