JS PortoColom Suites

We have just enjoyed a great week at the JS Portocolom Suites Hotel, which we feel has improved even more since our last stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a friendly atmosphere. Portocolom is a very pleasant destination with an interesting and picturesque marina area. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach, which whilst popular, never feels crowded. What has impressed us the most this visit is how well trained, welcoming and efficient the staff have been. Particular mentions go to Joan, the children's and evening entertainment organiser. He is a natural with the children and creates a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere through the activities he organises. Also, Adriana at the pool bar for her amazing cocktails and professional service, and Paula at reception, who is incredibly helpful. I'm sure we will visit again in future.

This was our 4th stay at JS Suite Portocolom Hotel, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. There's a reason we keep coming back year after year! The staff are absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They make you feel genuinely valued from the moment you arrive, and their excellent service is one of the main reasons we return. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has excellent facilities. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, enjoying the food, or simply taking in the peaceful atmosphere, everything is designed to make your stay enjoyable and stress-free. JS Suite Portocolom has become our favourite place to stay, and every visit reminds us why we love it so much. We can't recommend it highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit. Fantastic hotel this is our 4th visit with family and friends. Reception staff and all staff are lovely and so helpful. The suites have plenty of room and they are kept very clean. Food is great and there is a good choice for all tastes. The beach Cala Marcal is a 10 minute walk away which is an absolutely beautiful bay. We also did a vineyard tour at Son Alegre about a 10 minute taxi ride which was great fun, bus ride to Cala Dor and Palma for the day. We hope to come back next year and once again thanks to all of the staff at JS Suites!

Fantastic hotel and staff/service

The location near the harbor & Beach was great just a few minutes walk in either direction. The Atmosphere from when we arrived till we left was amazing started in reception with amazing, staff are on hand to help provide a service regardless of it being advice booking trips to more water in the restaurant ,I couldn’t fault any of them Rooms are clean and spacious with a separate bathroom and refrigerator Please don’t tell anyone but for the facilities is amazing value Great air conditioning & double glazed doors lead to a quiet room for great sleep! Two pools 1 for children and 1 for the whole family not once did we struggle for a sun-bed none were reserved at any point it was amazing 🤩
