Super hotel.Staff all have smiles on their faces and can’t do enough for you.Clean,modern and 15 minutes walk into a lively resort.Fantastic breakfast with quality produce and great coffee.Recommend to anyone,book it and see.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my mum (27 and 67) bed and breakfast - we had an amazing stay and would recommend to everyone! The staff are so friendly and attentive - reception are very efficient and on arrival we were straight away offered a drink whilst we filled out the paperwork. Nothing too much for the restaurant staff, cooking soft boiled eggs for me every morning. Really good selection, fresh fruit and coffee were delicious, best buffet breakfast I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve done a lot of all inclusive!). We ate at the hotel twice on an evening and were just as impressed, seafood pasta was delicious, spaghetti bolognese and grilled salmon also a treat. Cocktails fantastic, big measures! We were in a 1 bed apartment, really spacious for 2 people - wouldn’t be enough equipment to actually cook but the mini fridge and kettle were appreciated! The pool is huge, plenty of room for everyone and ample sunbeds too - lovely sunny terrace. Didn’t use the spa or the gym but they looked well kitted out! The site is really well looked after and the grounds staff always said hello and asked about our day. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Port d’Andratx - a 15 minute walk through the marina to the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed ambling around and drinking/eating out - lots to choose from and some are really well priced! Tim’s have live music on occasionally, definitely recommend checking that out - brilliant atmosphere with everyone dancing in the street. We got the bus to Sant Elm one day for a morning on the beach, absolutely gorgeous bay with plenty of coffee shops. I will definitely be back in the future - great spot for a relaxing trip. Very warm and kind welcome at the reception and very professional staff.

We had a wonderful stay here at the end of April for our daughter's 30th birthday. The staff are fantastic, every single one of them is friendly, attentive and welcoming - they obviously all take great pride in their jobs and the hotel. The reception staff were so helpful in organising things for my daughter's birthday even before we arrived, nothing is too much trouble - they arranged for a beautiful cake to be delivered at breakfast, fresh flowers and confetti on the table with the staff singing to her! She was very embarrassed but absolutely loved it!!! The cake was delicious too! Aside from all of this which was service above and beyond - the hotel itself is lovely, fab facilities, great gym - padel, pilates, etc the pool area is really nice and well maintained. The restaurant offers a good choice of food, great pizza and the drinks prices were reasonable for this area. We found the breakfast great, the omlettes were delicious (thank you Carlos!) and there was a great choice available. We stayed in a 2 bed villa which was ideal for us, spotlessly clean (some things could do with a bit of an update- but perfectly functional.) We had sole use of the villa pool all week as it was so quiet. Wifi was good and TV had quite a good choice of English channels too. All in all we loved it here and will certainly be back - thank you!
