From the moment I arrived, just after 11 am, I felt so comfortable and very much at home. Check in was simple and the reception staff were all so friendly. I was able to enjoy the facilities, light refreshments and the sunshine following a quick shower and change in the Spa until my room was ready. From the friendliness of the reception staff, to the bar and restaurant staff to the house keeping and I would like to compliment each and every one of them. - everything was just perfect, allowing me to enjoy a fabulous stay at La Pergola. I very much look forward to a return visit in the Spring.

The location of the hotel couldn't be more perfect. Port d'Andratx is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The hotel had pretty much everything we needed. However it would have been nice to have some tea and coffee in the room, as well as refrigerated bottled water. The room was clean and comfortable. Some furniture is quite worn and could do with replacing or repainting, as well as the bedding being extremely thin, meaning some nights felt quite chilly. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were lovely, however the opening times are very restrictive for people that would prefer an early morning/evening swim. The sauna wasn't on, it seems you have to reserve for this. The breakfast lacked some cooked elements, like proper sausages, but overall had a great selection. Port d'Andratx is definitely for those looking for a relaxing holiday and not a busy jam-packed one, unless you head out of town into other areas like Palma. Transfers and taxis are extremely expensive from this area to the airport so expect to pay at least €70 one way!

A very nice hotel in western Majorca with a 15 minute walk to the resort centre and the route is mainly flat. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious and well equipped , comfortable beds .The staff are very friendly and welcoming, in particular Leila and Vanessa were very helpful. Cafe and restaurant on site and breakfast can be requested on a daily basis at 15 euros and offered a good selection. Prior to arrival I was contacted if there were any special requests, only one which was a room with nice balcony to enjoy the views - this was acknowledged but not guaranteed which is understandable. On arrival we were allocated a ground floor room with a small terrace which was quite poor and disappointing. I politely complained to reception and they were able to move to a much better room on the second floor. A nice bottle of Cava was provided to our room by the hotel on my birthday which was a nice touch and appreciated. A small beach nearby and lots of bars and restaurants in the port with a large supermarket. If in the area we would return to this hotel to stay.

5/5. I honestly can’t fault our whole experience with this hotel. Me and my Mum arrived and had recently had some bad news at home which I mentioned to the hotel, they went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a one we wouldn’t forget, and I can’t thank them enough. So grateful
