Prinsotel Mal Pas

Just returned from a week at the Prinsotel Mal Pas. Fantastic stay, really quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We've been over to Mallorca about 12 times over the last few years and I can say without doubt the staff here were the best. So helpful, so polite and genuinely friendly. Special mention has to be made about Guillermo who was the waiter manager, he was just fantastic and made everyone feel like he was their friend. Only slight downside I'd say was initially we thought the room was a bit basic but really it was fine and very comfortable and it certainly wouldn't put me off returning. Possibly provide BBC 1 for UK guests on the tv? Just a thought. I was there cycling and there was a secure garage to store my bike and bike box which was useful. The pool was heated so that was pleasant! A couple of lovely beaches within a 3 min walk for a swim also. The food - exceptional. Very high quality and variety. No question we will return and soon.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! A huge thank you to all the staff for their kindness and constant good mood – it really made a difference and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. We opted for half board, and the food was truly excellent every day, with plenty of choice and great quality. The hotel itself is very well maintained and beautifully set up, creating a really pleasant atmosphere. Another big plus is the direct access to the beach right next to the hotel, which made everything even more enjoyable and convenient. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

Addictive is the word I would use for the stay, Pinsotel Mal Pas. We regret not booking their other properties on the island! Magdaena was the kindest receptionist, very dedicated at her job, solved all our concerns. Guilherme at the restaurant gives you a smile that just makes your day. Come for the silence, stay for the views, the silence AND the food! They do a barbecue every night for dinner! Also, if you are booking, be prepared for a choice of welcome drink and a goodbye drink (didnt know that was a thing!). Thank you, the staff of Pinsotel Mal Pas, we cant wait to come again!

Amazing stay! Mika was very wonderful and made our stay comfortable. Guillerherme is the best when it comes to service. This place is great and we will definitely visit again. They even helped us with parking of our car - each thing was taken care of. Magdaena helped with our check in and was so nice to us! I recommend this place 100%

Overall experience with the hotel was really nice, but here I want to write especially about 2 staff members, who would receive a 10 star rating from me, if it were possible - Mika and Sebastian! Sebastian welcomed us so nicely and warmly with an evening drink on arrival, and made us feel welcome immediately. He also took care that we always have everything we need during breakfast. He notices everything and takes care of everything, with speed and smile! 😊 And Mika is a true example of how a reception manager shows care and attention to guests. She gave us great recommendations, answered all our questions, helped with everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our stay on this beautiful island! Thank you Mika and Sebastian for helping make our holiday exceptional, people like you make a huge difference in customer experience ❤️
