What an excellent stay, the service was amazing, particularly by Mika. The room is air conditioned and clean. The hotel is clean and relaxing. Towels available. We had a car rental so the paid gated parking was available. excellent location, 5 min walk from beach, 5 min drive from old town Alcudia. Would come back!

Lovely small hotel, very quiet and relaxed. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Close by to a couple of nice beaches and in easy access to alcudia and other places via bus which the stop is a 1 minute walk away. Spotless throughout & cleaned room/towels etc every single day. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday

Excellent hotel. We had a very nice stay. The hôtel receptionists, especially Paù and Mika were very friendly. The location is great with nice beaches nearby.Nice breakfast. The only one very small thing that is missing for me is a drinking water fountain !

An absolute masterpiece of a getaway! From the moment my partner and I arrived at 1:00 a.m. after a very late flight, Prinsotel Mal Pas wrapped us in the warmest, most welcoming embrace imaginable. The staff on duty were wonderfully friendly, especially Claudia, setting the tone for what would become the absolute best holiday we could have ever asked for. Over our four magical nights, the hotel proved to be nothing short of spectacular. The entire property is meticulously laid out, balancing vibrant hospitality with a profoundly peaceful atmosphere. The pool area became our serene sanctuary, quiet, relaxing, and ideal for unwinding side-by-side. Just a short, breathtaking five-minute walk away lies a stunning beach that completely stole our hearts, making the location feel both secluded and perfectly accessible. Words cannot capture how amazing the concierge team was. They didn't just answer our questions; they curated our entire adventure. From handing us the bus schedules to mapping out where to go, what to do, and where to eat, every single recommendation was gold. When we wanted to explore Old Town Alcudia, they kindly called us a taxi for a seamless trip, though it is technically within walking distance. The rooms, although very simple and basic, provided a wonderful and safe place to rest in between our activities. The AC was broken upon our arrival and they sent a technician the next morning to fix. Overall, we thought the rooms were a great value for money. Getting around Mallorca was delightfully easy. The local buses are a breeze to use, taking us to sights that completely redefined our standards of beauty. We explored Alcudia, Pollenza, and Formentor, laying eyes on the most jaw-dropping, magnificent beaches we have ever seen in our lives. Our days were the ultimate hybrid of high-energy fun and deep, restorative relaxation. Every single detail, from the spectacular breakfast buffet to the warmth of the staff, made this the quintessential weekend escape. Prinsotel Mal Pas delivered a five-star experience in every sense of the word. We are already dreaming of our return!
