Protur Badia Park Aparthotel

Location of the hotel is great - close to the bus stops, shops, not far from the beach. It is mainly kids hotel I think and there was lots of activities for kids. Was brilliant. Animation team is the top! Max was very kind and always smiling. Everytime he saw a kid he ask him some questions and had a small talk with them. Zoe - full of energy and even in full sun and hot she was able to give 100% and jump and dance. She was awesome. Mini disco was mainly in German, but it doesn't matter as it is disco, so kids mainly dance. Staff speaks English, German, Spanish. Reception team is always helpful. Kids club is a great place with a lot of activities. There are variety of activities for adults as well. Great thing is free bike hire, mini golf, tenis. For sure you will enjoy your stay if you are family with kids. Main pool is not so big, but in May/June wasn't overcrowded. There is also pool for small kids and splash area. Another splash area and trampolines are right next to the hotel for free as well. One minus was food. It was tasty and for sure everyone can choose something what they like, but most of the time it was cold. Even when staff bring the new plate of meet etc. it was already cold or for sure not hot. But I can't complain about variety of dishes or taste. Rooms and area around was clean and cared for. We really enjoyed our stay.

Just got back from this amazing hotel. It was better than we even expected. We arrived quite late and were greeted by the loveliest women on reception who were so accommodating, wish I’d have got their names! (they were on the late shift on 25.5.26). They made sure we knew where everything was and ensured we were able to get something to eat after our late night travels. The hotel is spotless and the rooms have been modernised to a high standard. We had a family room which had lots of space. My mum and sister stayed in a twin room which was also lovely: We went with our 4 year old son and 9 month old daughter and it was perfect for both ages . The pools are fantastic and we didn’t realise you also get access to the other pool that’s actually advertised on the Safari hotels pictures on TUI, so that was an added bonus. It never seemed overly busy and we could always get a sunbed at any pool at anytime of day. The food was great, our last day was Majorcan themed food and it was a lovely way to end the trip! I had initially wanted to book the Safari hotel but Badia Park was slightly better price for us but I did have a wander onto their complex one day and honestly think Badia Park is better - less busy and better pools in my opinion! The kids club is not ran by TUI so there is a mixture of languages but it didn’t bother my 4 year old who actually made friends with a little boy from Germany. Extremely hard working and friendly staff across the hotel. I’ve already told all my friends with kids about it and I think it will be the first time I return to a resort as it was just so perfect for the kids including a free trip to the farm and free mini golf. We didn’t manage to get booked into one of the restaurants however we only fancied the Italian which I think was the most popular and was always full - the others seemed to have space when we looked. The beach is a short walk away and was beautiful. The town itself is a typical resort with fun things to do for kids. We also took a evening out to Artà which was about 20 mins away and was stunning. Thank you so much for a gorgeous holiday I am very sad it’s over.

This is second time we have visited this hotel July 2025 with our 14 month grandson and again this May with our son and daughter in law our grandson and 11 month granddaughter. Hotel and staff were exceptional once again and could not do enough to assist. Cleanliness of place is superb. Variety of buffet food in main restaurant is good. There is a snack area during the day which has variety of food to offer pool bar star are amazing and are very generous with measures Daily entertainment and night time entertainment is good Cleanliness of hotel is amazing and rooms are kept clean on a regular basis I requested 2 ground floor rooms overlooking pool and was accommodated with this request. I may have been lucky as you’re was not very busy Babies pool was ideal which both babies thoroughly enjoyed. lovely green area for my grandson to play football by baby pool with four poster day beds It was my grandsons 2nd birthday the day whilst we were there and staff decorated breakfast table and provided a birthday cake fee of charge which was very kind and appreciated of them My only gripe I have with this hotel is that if you want to book other restaurants it is very hard to do so even if you try and book on the dot at 2pm it seems thot all the spaces are taken. I do not think this system works fairly at all which is a shame as I cannot fault hotel and staff Thank you for a lovely holiday it was amazing

We came to the Protur Badia Park for a quick 4 night break & some late season sunshine. In those regards it was a great holiday as the hotel is very comfortable & temperatures were still 25' in early Oct. The hotel was celebrating its 25 year anniv but its certainly not showing its age. Rooms & bathrooms were fresh & modern, as were the public areas. We had the one bed apartments & the generous extra space was much appreciated. Everywhere was kept very clean throught the hotel, and staff were friendly enough, if focussed on task rather than service if you understand my distinction. We were impressed by the food offering. There were always lots of options & variety at the buffet with some really good quality dishes. I particularly enjoyed the seafood, but there were lots of good meats, veggie options & fresh salads & fruits, healthy options as well as freshly prepared items at the chef station too, plus a separate children's section. Dishes were the correct temperature & very regularly replenished. Our only gripe would be comfort of the beds. I'd seen this theme on previous reviews before we booked & travelled but disregarded it as its subjective & a constant theme across all hotels isnt it?? - wrong - should have listened! Two large singles pushed together to create a huge bed that looks inviting, but they seem to be on wheeled metal bases that you're constantly at risk of falling down between if you go anywhere near your partner. Also the metal bases are squeaky, noisy, annoying contraptions that have no place in a decent hotel - whoever procured them needs banning from the hospitality industry. The mattresses themselves aren't too bad (if a little on the firm side), its the metal, collaspible?, camp style, wheeled bases that are to blame - horrendous. Its worth noting that even though the hotel is self sufficient, it's sits within a complex of several other Protur group hotels. There are other shared facilities you can use between these hotels such as free bike rental & minigolf (very impressive too), some other splash / childrens pool complexes, and the bookable (but included) a la carte restaurants (four). All very good from a 4* perspective. Badia park is probably the closest of this Protur complex to the sea, and its a short 5/10 mins past the shops/cafes/bars to the promenade & lovely beach. There are also pleasant walks along the coast, or through pine forests to a small old castle (free entry) with a cafe with wonderful views. We enjoyed our stay overall, but if returning to the area would probably select another hotel, perhaps within the same complex. The Protur Safari (where some of the shared facilities were) looked a more impressive option with hindsight. The outside space & pool areas were a lot more comprehensive, whilst at the Badia Park it feels a lot more compact & surrounded by the tall accomodation blocks (I would check they dont use the same beds first though!)

We picked this hotel due to trip advisor score, reviews and price for a late summer break. What. A fantastic result for us. Great modern clean rooms. Food way beyond the normal all inclusive fare. Pudding need a special mention especially from Mrs C. Service from staff was excellent. Yes it was busy with families but it didn't bother us. Yes the bulk of the guests aren't British but who cares. Yes the restaurant was busy but we went went most of the families had fed their children. Drinks were great. Close to the beach and town. No negatives whatsoever. Well done Badia Park. Keep it up. We may return soon with our own grandkids.
