Sarena de Muro Resort Mallorca (ex. Palace de Muro)

What an amazing and enjoyable holiday at the Sarena de Muro Resort - Mallorca. We would like to say a great big Thank You to Joan, Maria, Tatiana, Jara, Agos in Reception and Bar. Including all of the staff in the restaurant too. All our needs were met. The hotel accommodation was very high standard and beautiful location. We will be returning in future.

The hotel was lovely as it was recently restored since Hyatt bought them out. I had high expectation given that everything is new. However, it seems like everyone is still getting used to new management. The breakfast experience was anticlimactic.. never got a table outside and at some point they even gave my table away while I was grabbing food. The pool was nice but then closed at 8 which is quite early. They don’t mention that you can utilize the indoor pool either. My friends and I had a few drinks at the pool bar and they thought they could charge us for more than we had to drink so that was annoying. Definitely review receipts before handing over payment. The tv offered no streaming services. I didn’t mind using my personal accounts but they didn’t have the option. They only allowed you to cast from your phone. Which is fine if it was working. We were unable to watch any tv during our stay. Lastly, the fire alarm went off at 1 am during our last night there. It was obviously unsettling and when we reached out to front desk, they made it seem like we overreacted. This experience was terrible since we had an early flight the next morning. Overall, not at all what I expected from a resort.

- Beautiful, tranquil and very relaxed location, right on Playa de Muro - Very attentive staff - Breakfast buffet with enormous variety and delicious (also local inspired) food in all restaurants of the hotel - Fantastic pool and lounge area around the pool right on the beach, perfect for a relaxed stay/vacation, you will not want to leave this resort - Beautifully renovated property

Just spent an incredible week at Sarena de Muro, and we’ll definitely be back! The hotel is set right on one of the most stunning beaches in the world. Waking up to those breathtaking sunrises was unforgettable. Our suite was sleek and modern, and we spent most of our time between the beach and the pool club, which had amazing food and a lively, relaxed atmosphere. The staff were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay perfect. It’s the ideal spot to unwind and truly enjoy your vacation.

We have just returned from a week's break at the Sarena de Muro Hotel, we highly recommend this hotel, everywhere was spotless, the service was fantastic from all the staff, we couldn't believe how helpful and cheerful all the team are. The food is excellent and good quality, and the cocktails are yummy and we enjoyed the entertainment while we relaxed we would like to say a big thank you to Joanne at check in for making our stay so enjoyable, lola in the restaurant for making our anniversary special and Jeroni at the pool bar for brightening our days, Apologies for any misspelling of names. The hotel has the added bonus of being on the lovely de Muro beach, we look forward to seeing you again 😀 x
