Šťastná byla naše třetí návštěva hotelu. . . . Jose - ředitel, má nejúžasnější tým, každý tak vítaný a pohostinný. Nic není příliš velké problémy, je to tak snadné. . . . . Vše, co musíte udělat, je přijet a odpočívat. . . . Jako vždy byl pokoj úžasný s terasou, která nabízí úžasný výhled na krásný bazén a na moře. Snídaně úžasné možnosti výběru a kvality. . . Hotel nabízí klidné útočiště s klidem a soukromí, které se zřídka nacházejí. . . Místo odpočinku a dobíjení. . Kousek pěšky na neuvěřitelnou pláž Es Trenc s křišťálově čistou vodou. MUST je masážní léčba s Raphaelem, který je nejlepší terapeut, který jsem měl po celém světě! Děkujeme všem týmům za to, že náš pobyt je tak příjemný a nemůžeme se dočkat návratu na jaro! !

The Staff here is EXCELLENT! They are equal to 5-Star Staff I have encountered in many parts of the US. I cannot thank them enough for making our stay so enjoyable. The room and view were great, as promised roomy, beautiful ocean view. We had Breakfast (incl.) during our stay every morning and it was wonderful with more than enough variety and the quality was outstanding. We made use of the aqua therapy pool, the rooftop pool and the main pool. There are 3 pools for relaxing, cooling off, and swimming. We will absolutely return to this fantastic hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the first moment on. The rooms are modern, stylish, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely incredible with a huge selection and great quality. We also loved the cocktails — truly a dream! Another big plus was the free parking around the hotel, which made everything very convenient. The location is perfect as well, with the beach just a short walk away. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful and stylish atmosphere and everything was kept spotless. The only thing that bothered us a little were the “towel reservers” at the pool. Aside from that, everything was perfect and we would definitely come back!

Arrived after midnight in wind and rain! but was met by charming guy on reception who offered us a welcome drink and got us checked in v promptly. We had a lovely stay, rooms well equipped, lovely complimentary Nuxe toiletries. Food was excellent, from breakfast to dinner in restaurant (we ate there twice) Staff were v professional, quiet, calm, and on hand to help with anything, no hassle. They work hard in this hotel and it is obvious. Well done and thanks again to you all.

The suite with sea view was just amazing and the amenities too, the breakfast delicious and the proximity to the beach fantastic. Food was also great and the complimentary champagne…all in all really good… So why only 4 points? Parking was a nightmare and also, when trying to book another day for the same room, we were told it was not available anymore despite it being online…
