Šťastná byla naše třetí návštěva hotelu. . . . Jose - ředitel, má nejúžasnější tým, každý tak vítaný a pohostinný. Nic není příliš velké problémy, je to tak snadné. . . . . Vše, co musíte udělat, je přijet a odpočívat. . . . Jako vždy byl pokoj úžasný s terasou, která nabízí úžasný výhled na krásný bazén a na moře. Snídaně úžasné možnosti výběru a kvality. . . Hotel nabízí klidné útočiště s klidem a soukromí, které se zřídka nacházejí. . . Místo odpočinku a dobíjení. . Kousek pěšky na neuvěřitelnou pláž Es Trenc s křišťálově čistou vodou. MUST je masážní léčba s Raphaelem, který je nejlepší terapeut, který jsem měl po celém světě! Děkujeme všem týmům za to, že náš pobyt je tak příjemný a nemůžeme se dočkat návratu na jaro! !

Great stay. Good food. Nice pools and mini spa. Good location on the island and not too touristy. Easy walk to Es Trenc beach. The town of Colonia de St Jordi is interesting with a small harbour, lots of restaurants and gelaterias. Lots of clothing shops and bus connections to other towns like Santanyi. Bedroom very clean and spacious. Breakfasts great. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely go back for more.

This was better than we expected. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Mabel. Throughout our stay, she was very attentive and always seeking ways to help us have a great stay. All of the staff members were friendly and attentive. By the end of the trip, they felt like friends. This resort is within a short walk to the beach. We were provided with fresh beach towels when needed. They even had some beach umbrellas for our use. The room was spacious and clean. We had a great view of the Mediterranean Sea. It was also quiet. The rooftop bar had music, but it was kept at a reasonable level and stopped around 10 p.m. The balcony also had a small laundry line area to hang wet swimsuits/clothes. The AC worked great. Be sure to add the breakfast to your reservation. It was amazing. Eggs were made to order. The buffet included yogurts, cereals, grains/nuts, fresh fruits, salads, salmon, breads, and pastries. They had coffee machines to make the coffee of your choice. They had a nice variety of teas, also. Every day there were several juice options along with a bottle of cava for a mimosa. A fruit smoothie was made each day, too. Items from the menu could be ordered in addition to the buffet. They even had churros con chocolate on the menu. The spa area included a Turkish bath (steam room), sauna, aromatherapy shower, relaxation chairs, and a pool with various jets and massaging waterfalls. Because we went to the beach numerous times, we never used the regular pool. However, it looked very nice. There are restaurants within walking distance as well as a small grocery store. The dinner at the hotel was a bit pricey. We did eat a meal at the hotel bar. The sandwiches we ordered were enormous and delicious! This resort made our trip feel like a second honeymoon. It is approximately 45 minutes from Palma. It has a more relaxed, laid back atmosphere. The staff here really knows how to make each guest feel special!

This review is as honest as it gets for those who were under illusion that they would end up in a MAGIC place! - THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL! Negatives: Room over-looking the construction site and noise caused by it -no alternative given! Aircon issues and leak Cold, dirty swimming pool downstairs and very small paddling pool on a roof-top Far from the beach and not sure why people are saying nearest beach was the best! One evening I went for dinner on my own (other party could not join) and was ignored for 40 minutes, so I got up and left! Building is somewhat old and needs repairs! Photos online are VERY misleading! English language - very poor, you have to be German or Spanish to communicate 100% - Positives Staff friendly - possibly trying to compensate for negatives, trying to get positive review - sorry, can not lie for other people who would pay a fortune and end up disappointed. Food - nice, different menus each day Service - reasonably quick Beds - comfortable Storage space - generous CHOSE ANOTHER HOTEL!

What a great hotel. Lovely and relaxed, whilst smart and clean. The best bit was the yoga teacher - Mara. Who was also part of the amazing snorkelling team. They look after you so well from the reception team, rooftop restaurant and snorkelling / yoga team. 👍🏻 Good job
