Zde jsem měl sobotní oběd ve Vinařství. Obklopen masivními sudy v klenuté staré budově. Jídlo bylo super a dobře se postarali o mou nesnášenlivost lepku a laktózy. Nechali jsme dům vyrobit červené víno, což bylo krásné. Velmi atmosférické místo.

Simply put the place is stunning. The food and pool bar are very good. Some of the best food we’ve had. But if you go in April expect no bar, no evening atmosphere, the adult pool closed and the staff despite their best efforts clearly have no guidance. Often waiting long time to be sat, served or even acknowledged. We couldn’t believe that a place of this standard didn’t have a bar open, especially when we’d paid for all inclusive. That was very good value for money. However, when we arrived we ordered a coffee and tea and despite being all inclusive we hadn’t checked in, so were charged €12! We had laundry service included in our stay, but due to it being Easter they couldn’t facilitate that. We sometimes had our room cleaned and sometimes had a turndown service. All a bit hit and miss, which was a shame as all the staff were lovely. The building and location is simply stunning. Words don’t do it justice. The all inclusive doesn’t include tray service for room service. It also included a 5% discount for the Michelin star restaurant on site. The spa facilities were wonderful and I’ll say again the food was wonderful. It should be a gem but isn’t for small reasons. I would return having said all this, just not in April. They were still doing so much work, it felt like we were staying before they opened for the season.

For us, early April was a perfect time to go. Last year we went during high summer and it was HOT! This time around though, the temperatures were only just starting to rise, so it wasn't overbearingly hot, yet still great to sunbathe. The place is an idyllic getaway and perfect for a long weekend. We had driven from the east coast and there was plenty of covered parking and I noticed EV charging points too. We had a splendid room, very convenient for the major parts of the hotel including the AG restaurant that we had booked before leaving the UK. We were there last year and this year was just as incredible. Staff everywhere were, as you might expect, brilliant. Can very easily seeing us return in 2027!

It is a lovely hotel. My only complaint was the dinner service was very very slow. It could be that the main dining room was newly opened for the season. The grounds are lovely. My room was nice but a little dated

I will not return and if you are thinking to go on your honeymoon go somewhere else. We decided to do a short honeymoon here as it was a 5 start hotel and Spa. It was the worse decision ever. Pretty hotel and that’s all.
