Zde jsem měl sobotní oběd ve Vinařství. Obklopen masivními sudy v klenuté staré budově. Jídlo bylo super a dobře se postarali o mou nesnášenlivost lepku a laktózy. Nechali jsme dům vyrobit červené víno, což bylo krásné. Velmi atmosférické místo.

I was genuinely excited about this stay. This was my first Zoëtry property, the reviews were excellent, and as a Hyatt Globalist I was looking forward to finally experiencing the brand. I appreciated the suite upgrade, most of the staff we interacted with were genuinely friendly, and the spa facilities were probably the highlight of the property. We really enjoyed coming back and using them each evening. Unfortunately, the rest of our three-night stay was a major disappointment. The biggest issue was the temperature of our suite. We kept the AC set to 19°C (66°F) on high, yet the room remained around 25°C (77°F) for much of the stay, including at night. Coming back to a cool room is one of my favorite parts of a hotel stay, so constantly returning to a hot and uncomfortable suite really impacted the experience. Even more frustrating was walking past other rooms being cleaned and feeling noticeably cool air coming from them. The Wi-Fi was equally problematic. I’m completing my master’s and was also working New York hours, and I struggled to complete calls without being disconnected. At times, even basic webpages wouldn’t load. If you need reliable internet to work remotely, I would definitely keep this in mind. The suite was spacious but noticeably worn, with visible repairs and mismatched finishes that didn’t feel consistent with a resort positioned at this level. Our bathroom sink barely drained and later made a dripping/gurgling sound audible from bed. We also repeatedly had flies and insects in the room despite never opening the terrace door. Dining was another weak point. We had Half Board, and breakfast was easily the best meal. The other included options and overall food quality were underwhelming for what I expected from Zoëtry. What ultimately changed my opinion of the hotel, though, was how these issues were handled. I raised concerns while we were actually staying at the property. Requests sometimes required two or three follow-ups or eventually walking to reception myself, and several problems were never properly resolved. I then shared detailed feedback with the hotel and Hyatt in July. After nearly two months and having to follow up myself, I finally received a substantive response. Rather than taking accountability, management essentially dismissed the major concerns I had raised. They stated that they found no technical problems with the AC or Wi-Fi and suggested the issues could have been addressed had they known about them during my stay — despite me repeatedly raising concerns while I was there. I spend 150+ nights a year in hotels, so I completely understand that things go wrong. One maintenance problem, a bad meal, or unreliable Wi-Fi isn’t enough for me to write off an entire hotel. The problem here was the accumulation: a consistently hot room, unusable internet, maintenance issues, insects, disappointing food, a worn product, and inconsistent follow-through over only three nights. The spa was excellent, the setting was peaceful, and there were staff members who made a positive impression. I wish those were my lasting memories of my first Zoëtry experience. Unfortunately, the number of problems — followed by how dismissively my feedback was handled — overshadowed those positives. This was one of my most frustrating hotel stays this year, and I would not return.

I stayed here for four nights for my best friend’s wedding, and unfortunately what should have been a wonderful stay was overshadowed by what was genuinely some of the worst service I have ever experienced in a hotel, particularly one presenting itself as a five-star property. The problems started immediately upon arrival. We had paid for a suite, only to be told that our suite had mistakenly been given to another guest. Mistakes happen, but what was completely unacceptable was the way this was handled. Rather than apologising and making any real effort to find a solution or provide us with the room we had actually paid for, staff tried to convince us to simply accept another room that was roughly half the size and very clearly not a suite. We were told that this room was “closer to reception” and apparently “a much nicer room”, despite the fact that they hadn't even shown us the room and allowed us to make that decision for ourselves. The attitude seemed to be that we should be grateful for whatever room they decided to give us, rather than that they had made a booking error and should be trying to rectify it. And unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated incident. On another occasion, I sat down in an empty chair in the hotel courtyard while trying to make a dinner reservation. I am five months pregnant, was starving, and simply needed somewhere to sit for a few minutes. A waitress came over and, rather than politely explaining that the seat was reserved or asking me to move, shouted at me and physically took the chair away from me. I genuinely could not believe what had just happened. There were countless ways this could have been handled politely. Instead, the immediate response was aggression and complete disregard for a paying guest, a visibly pregnant guest, no less. This was the consistent theme throughout our four-night stay. Small requests were met with rudeness, dismissiveness and an attitude that made you feel as though you were an inconvenience for asking for anything at all. There was very little warmth or genuine hospitality, and on numerous occasions we felt as though staff were looking down on us rather than trying to help us. What makes this particularly disappointing is that we were staying here for an incredibly special occasion. We had travelled to Mallorca for my best friend's wedding and expected a five-star experience to match the setting and the price of the hotel. Instead, the behaviour of the staff repeatedly left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. A beautiful property, impressive surroundings and a five-star rating mean very little if the people providing the service have no interest in actually showing hospitality. This was genuinely some of the worst hotel service I have ever experienced. The difference between the five-star image this hotel portrays and the way guests are actually treated is astonishing. I would not stay here again, and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone expecting a genuine five-star level of service, especially for a special occasion.

We had a fantastic stay. This hotel is beautiful! The property is sooo lovely and romantic. We had the most amazing stay wished we didn’t have to leave. Outstanding service at breakfast and by the pool. 0 complaints.

We loved our stay and will return. The hotel is isolated but with a hire car this isn't a problem. It's nice for the peace. I was worried about the type of hotel with my young children but they were very welcome. The food was nice and the staff find. Nancy was amazing and a true hostess rather that just a server. She really elevated the dining experience.
