Alua Illa de Menorca

Just got bk from this hotel was a bit nervous about the reviews about the food ok it wasn’t hot but what do people expect when on all inclusive something for everyone to eat food was lovely themed nights staff were amazing so lovely not much around only two super markets but could get chuttle bus to market and to the beach lovely walk to the coves went to have a relaxing holiday and definitely got that pool area was lovely and clean would definitely go bk in June 😍

This was our fourth visit and we thought we were regulars but there were so many people there who have been many more times previously. I can’t think of a better recommendation for a hotel than this. The staff are all amazing and this is what makes it stand out. Nothing is too much trouble and the attention to detail is great with the whole team. Dining room, cleaners, waiting on, reception, they are all friendly helpful and professional. The food is amazing. The choices are vast whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, and there is always something being cooked fresh on the hot plate whichever session. It really does cater for all tastes. Staff are always checking and replenishing food and welcome feedback.

We cannot thank Chef Nicholas enough for the incredible care he showed during our stay at Alua Illa de Menorca. As a guest with coeliac disease, dining at a buffet can often be challenging, but Nicholas made the experience completely stress-free. Every day he took the time to check food items, explain what was safe to eat, and whenever there was any uncertainty, he would photograph the ingredients list and show it to us personally. What impressed us most was that this wasn't just a one-off gesture. At every meal, Nicholas greeted us warmly and went out of his way to ensure we felt safe and looked after. His attention to detail, kindness, and genuine commitment to helping guests with allergies is exceptional. Thanks to Nicholas, we were able to enjoy our holiday with complete confidence. He is an absolute credit to the hotel and deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides. Thank you, Nicholas, for making such a difference to our stay and we cant wait to see you next year.

Wonderful hotel,our 2nd time. We stayed in room 515 and the Seaview was spectacular ( pay the extra) . Ignore the average reviews. Staff friendly and respectful, dont hassle too much. Ive got no complaints about this hotel. Very quiet area so if you're looking for a party town this is not for you. Perfect for a relaxing break. We'll be returning for a 3rd stay 100%.

Lovely quiet hotel in a quiet part of Menorca. This was our 3rd visit because we enjoyed our previous stays. If you want a chill out holiday with nothing to do but sunbathe and listen to the birds singing then this is for you. Would recommend.
