Fergus Carema Club Resort

Vše v naprostém pořádku, nádherné ubytování, čisto, krásná koupelna včetně fénu, výměna ručníků, hezké posezení na balkoně...,jídlo výborné a příjemný personál. Krásná příroda okolo, Mohu jen doporučit a určitě se ráda vrátím na stejné místo:))

We have just returned from our stay at FERGUS Club Carema Splash and wanted to leave an honest review. When we first arrived, we were a little disappointed as the area is very quiet with not much around it, and parts of the hotel and surrounding area looked a bit run down. However, after our first full day, our opinion completely changed. We spent the day around the pool and the animation team, especially Goofy and Danny, were absolutely amazing. They were approachable, funny, full of energy and honestly made our week. The games and entertainment throughout the day for both children and adults were brilliant and created such a great atmosphere. The food was also really, really good with plenty of choice. The smell from the seaweed in the mornings was not great at times, but Menorca is a very natural island so that’s just part of being by the sea. Overall, the island itself was beautiful, safe and incredibly relaxing. We ate at Okapi three nights during our stay which was superb every time, and we also visited Fornells where there are some amazing restaurants. By the end of the holiday, our kids said it was one of their best holidays ever, which says everything. A very special shout out again to Goofy and Danny they were absolutely superb and a huge credit to the hotel.

Just back after our 5 day stay at Fergus hotel! All I can say we had a lovely wonderful holiday and will be booking again. 🥰🥰🥰 The food was great, varied and suited for all tastes every day. The entertainment for kids was great. Water park, pools, football, video games room.... kept our 9 year old entertained all day everyday. A few things I was concerned based off other reviews: Water temperatures - was great and warm enough for end of April. Pool and sea was warm, ish. Warm enough to swim for both kids and adults! Plenty of sunbends around the pool. Food - great. Really really tasty and plenty of choices. Love it. Drinks - some standard cocktails from the machine (pina colada, mojito etc etc) and local spirits you could mix with slushies. Niiiiiice. 🤪🤪 Hotel location - not far off airport, 20miles I think. Lovely beach just seconds away. Rooms - we booked superior but for some reason got upgraded free of charge to premium on arrival. Lovely surprise. 🥰🥰 The hotel is on a hill so yes, the top appartments are quite high up (hill, stairs) but still walkable easily. Room was clean and lovely. Really can't recommend it enough. We will be back! ❤️

If you have a young family and are happy to chill around the pool or an older family that enjoys hilly walks this is a great spot. Food is fine and pretty standard all inclusive, wouldn't have minded abit more variety but no complaints in general. Drinks selection is also fine, I recommend getting a slush puppy and adding alcohol instead of getting cocktails because they are disgusting. Staff are super friendly and helpful. If you don't have kids I don't recommend, the resort is very family orientated and you look odd not having kids. Wouldn't recommend for more than 4 nights as there isn't an awful lot going on in the area.

Arrived on the 30th of april for 5nights. Booked all inclusive via jet2. 2 adults and 2 daughters aged 9 and 7. Arrived late at night following a delayed flight- transfer was 45min (3rd drop off) . Check in was quick & easy however directions to our room were a bit confusing resulting in getting lost at midnight, & dragging suitcases up & down lots of steps! When we did arrive at the room, it was very clean, with a living room including a sofa bed, kitchenette, decent sized bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunatly the bathroom had an awful sewarage smell for the duration of our trip- we considered asking to be moved but our room was located in a fab location right next to the water park and other facilities so decided to stay put and just open the window to air it out as much as we could. We also noticed a similar smell around the pool on our last day but other days not at all. Food was average all inclusive- not amazing but you wont go hungry! buffet restaurant and snack bar by the pool did burgers, hot dogs and chips which were nice, tubs of icecream at the bar. Drinks were agood (no self service for drinks so i imagine at busier times there would be a decent wait. (ask at the bar for extra vodka in cocktails- they are very weak otherwise! :) The hotel was quiet when we were there, never an issue to get a sunbed and always loads of tables at the buffet. The water park area/splash park is fab for the kids- our girls loved it. The lifeguards did a great job getting to know their names and were really friendly. There are a few beds up there but no bar. Pool is cold but kids didnt have a problem getting in! Goofy in particular is often around the pool setting up activities eg cocktail demonstration, darts etc, he was very friendly, and the kids loved him! The area is very pretty, theres a couple of lovely small beaches nearby, we had a seaview from our room! (booked promotional room). Overall we probably wouldnt book again purely due to the smell in the room however other than this the hotel is generally good.
