Vše v naprostém pořádku, nádherné ubytování, čisto, krásná koupelna včetně fénu, výměna ručníků, hezké posezení na balkoně...,jídlo výborné a příjemný personál. Krásná příroda okolo, Mohu jen doporučit a určitě se ráda vrátím na stejné místo:))

To summarise quickly this is not a 4 star holiday in our opinion and was shared by every guest we spoke to but we enjoyed our stay. Overall we enjoyed our experience, the food was varied enough to find something different each day you can enjoy. The a la Carte restaurant is only available for guests staying 7 nights or more which is not communicated when booking I don’t believe and so we were not able to try that out. The hotel staff on the whole are good and the animacion team were great. Goofy is definitely the star of the team however all of the team were good including Danny,Sylvia and Jose. Najem at the pool bar was a very friendly fellow and Johny at the snackbar! My daughter loved the Perrito Caliente 😂 The range of drinks was reasonable and I enjoyed my fair share of san miguels! The nighttime entertainment was a bit poor in honesty however there was an acrobatic group on one night which was very impressive. The water park is good, old but good and my daughter loved it. It’s probably suitable for 2-10 years old. The location of the resort lends itself to staying, the local town fornells can be reached by bus or taxi for 7EUR. We did the latter, walked around for 30 mins before coming back, not much going on in our opinion. Finally, we paid extra for a superior apartment in premium location. We ended up with room G112 if you can find it on the resort map. Nothing about the accommodation is superior or premium and is in significant need of modernisation. The walls and doors etc have paint missing, doors don’t close etc. The room also smells foisty like mould. The hills here are real and getting luggage up to your room could be a struggle depending what you take with you. Ultimately speaking to other guests our room seemed the same as any other but perhaps less gradient to tackle to get there…..unbelievably 😂. I am not sure the accommodation offered much improvement over the standard offering for the increased price. The poor accommodation did not impact on our holiday too much but is disappointing after getting there to see the quality on offer. Despite enjoying the holiday I do not think we would return as there seems to be a lot of similar holidays on offer elsewhere. We booked this hotel as one of our friends said they stayed there the previous year…..turns out they sent us the wrong link!

Very decent hotel for the cost and in a beautiful spot in the sun. I've just returned today from my first solo parent holiday with my 4yo and we had a great time. I did read a number of the negative reviews with a bit of concern, but I would consider most of them unjustified and pernickity. The hotel does have a few rough edges, and yeah sure, they could spend €40,000 per year to employ an extra maintenance man to touch things up all day, but this is a low cost resort and you can't expect Disney perfection. I've paid the same for 3 nights in a glamping pod beside a lake in Ireland, than the full package (all inc) for this trip. - food was fair, with a decent diversity - My daughter loved the pools - The beach was great, mild water and really shallow - there was a bit of seaweed piled up but its a natural bit of coastline and they do move it to the sides - room = super king bed was comfortable, air-conditioning, good water pressure in shower, blackout curtains and pretty spacious - fantastic weather - the staff were always pleasant working under pressure - we didn't get up early, so did miss the poolside sun beds, but there were always some free My room was at the end of the furthest black, but this didn't bother me in the slightest, as we had stunning views over the countryside/hills and it was very quiet. The complex is beautifully planted, with loads of trees, bushes, flowers loads of butterflies (Painted Ladies, Swallowtails, Hummingbird hawkmoths), lots of birds about and overhead (Booted Eagle, Red Kites, Egyptian vulture, Nightingale, Turtle Dove, Barn Owl ) plus the Terapins, lizards etc. I would return again The only negative of the trip was the passport control at the airport on both arrival and departure. On arrival, everyone with children 12 or younger were diverted to the passport desks, where the system seemed to fail and hundreds of people were queued up for an hour with crying kids all over. They ended up resorting to stamping all the passports and skipping the rest. On departure, there were 8 flights going to Britain within an hour and there were probably 1500+ people queued up for the passport control. They again scrapped the biometrics & stamped everyone's passports and moved them on, but it was all very slow and messy
