Vše v naprostém pořádku, nádherné ubytování, čisto, krásná koupelna včetně fénu, výměna ručníků, hezké posezení na balkoně...,jídlo výborné a příjemný personál. Krásná příroda okolo, Mohu jen doporučit a určitě se ráda vrátím na stejné místo:))

Amazong experience, the staff was so nice, que recommend for families.

Decided to take a private taxi as so hot on arrival & was 40euro & about 35 minutes away so a different option especially when you have young children . Not sure whether there would have reinforcements later on reception but only one young lady when we arrived & difficult to understand ( her English is far better than my Spanish ! ) but had to wait a while as others in front of us & she was getting flustered. Room was spotless , water in fridge. As we was AI there was no crockery but microwave, hob to use if SC. Bathroom hand & shower gel a bath with fabulous water power for shower over it.Took own travel kettle as extra charge as with safe ! ( nothing like a cup of tea. Little milk sachets from B/M until sorted a packing must with tea & coffee… oh & biscuits ) There was a supermarket nearby with plenty of provisions & free air for those inflatables at an inflated price. Again we took £3:99 crocodile theirs were 18:99euro ! The accommodation is dotted over a large area & as stated on a hillside so can be a fair walk wherever you are but beach close by & shallow waters. There’s a bus stop adjacent to hotel to explore & pretty Fornells a 5 minute trip is worth a visit with night markets , a marina, nice restaurants but little to do re children. There’s was 4 of us & was cheaper to go by taxi then bus, there’s also bike & car hire available. The usual nightmare of reserving sun beds !!! First morning,breakfast at 7:30 none available 😩 with only a few people on them. It’s not an enclosed space therefore hard to police so therefore you can’t beat them so join them 🤷‍♀️but we did stay with them. Pool activities were good as was all the entertainment team with mini club, water park ,teen game zone. Nighttime entertainment was good but tame ! They provided the England game on a large screen but in Spanish 🙄 Everyone was friendly & other then crazy golf which was closed it ticked all the boxes of a family kids holiday. The restaurant food was varied but not so much with the children’s section but plenty of variety from the main for them. The only negative is the toilets around the pool for obvious reasons …. Wet floors & seats !!!( a bit smelly ) Would we return ?100% but more geared to families with young children perhaps not teenagers as quite isolated.

We stayed her for a week in early June, 2 adults, 2 children (aged 2 & 4). On arrival at the hotel, it took a while for check in, very friendly staff, but only 1 receptionist so maybe 3 families in front of us off the coach and it took over 30 mins to check in, just stood in a queue. Rooms were great, spacious, very clean, nice to have the two rooms so a bit of separation with kids sleeping in the living room. Double bed was super comfy, sofa bed was not! Pillows were good, plenty of towels etc. so a comfortable room, was actually quite pleased with it. Food was fine, as expected at a large all inclusive buffet hotel. Lots of fresh fruit and interesting salads. Some days there was a “special” additional station - of different cuisine and that was nice - for example Mexican wraps with all the trimmings. But the food wasn’t the highlight for me. The pools were great, a shallow section for tiny tots, a bigger pool and then the splash park which was really great fun. Kids absolutely loved it in there! Wasn’t easy to get a sunbed round the pool after 9am, and not loads of parasols, so best to be organised a bit earlier! Most people took their own towels, but you could hire pool towels for €10 per towel. We went into Fornells for a couple of evenings, which I would highly recommend. One evening we took a taxi (about €7), another evening we took the bus from opposite the hotel, took a tiny bit longer but not really and I think it was €3 for the 2 adults. Nice to get a change of scenery, lots of great restaurants and some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had from Ricardo Riera. We also explored the beach, which was really nice and there are fresh water turtles if you explore a little bit further along the beach. It was a nice holiday, friendly staff, clean hotel with lots going on - great for the kids!

Not going to lie, having read some of the stupid reviews before put me in a right downer about coming to this. Straight off the bat, ignore one of those comments! We are still here and I can’t stress how amazing this place is. I have a son of three who loves the splash pad and the entertainment team. The food is standard all-inclusive food but for a minor in my family it will do. We did eventually go out to one of the restaurant which was also super and would recommend just to change things up. We are staying at J202. Yes it is a trek but we’re young and healthy enough to walk it. It’s nice and quiet in our room. The balcony is great for the nights that we put our little sundown for a seat and me and my wife are able to sit and enjoy some relaxing time. All of the staff are phenomenal they work their absolute backside are and it’s a credit to the hotel. Ignore the haters and come see for yourself! I did and I won’t ever regret coming here. Also, goofy and the entertainment team, you are the man! X
