Fergus Carema Club Resort

Vše v naprostém pořádku, nádherné ubytování, čisto, krásná koupelna včetně fénu, výměna ručníků, hezké posezení na balkoně...,jídlo výborné a příjemný personál. Krásná příroda okolo, Mohu jen doporučit a určitě se ráda vrátím na stejné místo:))

We stayed at Fergus Club Carema Splash in May/June 2026 and had a wonderful family holiday. While not perfect, the hotel and facilities was excellent value for money and we all had a brilliant holiday. The rooms are a little tired but perfectly fine for what we needed. The main double bed was big and comfy. We booked directly with the hotel and were fortunate to have a room close to the main facilities (in F block), so we didn't have to walk up the hill as some other reviewers have mentioned. The food was good. Some days were better than others. We ate outside as we found it to be less chaotic than inside. We were a little put off by the seaweed smell at the resort at first, but most days when the wind changed direction it wasn't there at all. We found the staff to be super friendly and helpful - they really were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The activities for the kids were brilliant, and this is really what made the holiday for us. The splash park was so good and we spent every afternoon there. While sun loungers are limited, we found that there were chairs to sit on, no probs. The lifeguards were all so friendly and my kids enjoyed interacting with them. Loads of kids played football which my children enjoyed joining in with too. The main pool was quite crowded and all the sun loungers were taken when we were there so we didn't bother with that. We preferred the beach (over the walkway) anyway. I'd recommend hiring a car to explore the rest of the island. Fornells harbour is really pretty, Ciutadella is beautiful and Cala Galdana is a beautiful beach worth exploring for a day. All in all, we had a great stay at Fergus Club Carema Splash and would definitely stay there again should we visit Menorca again.

Arrived at carema splash. Asked to pay to upgrade room to be closer to the facilities and they declined didn't even look to see if anything was available. No where on the website does it say that you have to take your own luggage to the room baring in mind pushing a pram with 2 children and 2 cases with one parent up two hills was not ideal in the slightest Got to the room and went in the room and locked the door, was then locked in the room as the door handle was broken, then went to the room phone to ring for someone to come and let me and my children out the room and the phone was broken, so had to use my mobile at midnight to find the number and ring through there. Man arrived and said to me was i able to get out of the windows? like that's not normal?? he said he will sort it for tonight and get someone to sort the handle the next day The room constantly has woodlice on the floors all the time, there is no plugs for the bath or for the sink Bed in the living area pull out one absolutely horrendous wouldn't let a dog sleep on it, metal through the mattress so no one could sleep on that. The food was absolutely diabolical very little choice. The majority of the staff in the restaurant were so rude. The food was constantly scattered on floor and not tidied up. The restaurant area is not big enough for the amount of people who are there. The splash park is slippy and would recommend slip shoes, that is the only good point about this place is the splash park for the children. The burger and hot dog area the guy serving on there was dead canny and polite. The entertainment team were happy to help. Wouldnt recommend this to anyone and will DEFO not return here.

How this hotels rated a 4* I will never know. Started of with arriving later at night and all food/drink services are closed which is fine but no offer of a snack or drink on arrival after long day of travelling and the fact we have paid for services that night. Any other hotel we've stayed in offer a drink or snack on arrival if food places are closed. Then no help at all getting the cases up to the room, and the complex is VERY hilly, so lugging cases up hill alone with a child and a push chair was less than ideal with no help. The facilities are shocking, there is ONE bar serving the whole complex all day, so it was constantly chokka with long queues, the first id say 4 days we were here in the school holidays they didnt even have a water/soft drinks machine open.. it wasnt until the rush of families left when school holidays finished they opened the drinks machine. The one bar there was had usually 2 people serving, not enough for how busy it is. Same with the snack bar, one person serving and always big queues. The biggest issue for us was the hotel had another side with a lovely pool, which was much better chilled vibes with having a little one (main pool was RAMMED and very busy and couldn't get a bed) yet there were NO FACILITIES AT ALL around this pool! No toilet.. no bar.. not even somewhere to access a drink of water! There very clearly had been a pool bar there at some point as the building is there but its empty and closed. Its a shame as the pool area is much nicer but If you were around this pool and needed a drink or the toilet or something to eat you had to walk over to the main section of the hotel and again wait in big queues then walk all the way back. Not even a toilet.. nightmare with small children! There are so many rooms around that side of the hotel aswell so if you stay in one of them again a long walk for even a drink of water? Seems to me a huge way of cutting costs and stopping people getting their monies worth from the all inclusive. We found ourselves bringing our own bottles of shop bought water around the pool with us.. when we had paid all inclusive. Food is average, kids club is terrible its a little wooden hut with barely any facilities in it, entertainment terrible, splash park was ok but bery limited sunbeds, location very secluded apart from 3 restaurants up a very steep bank (or a 10m drive to the harbour approx €10-12 one way), overall facilities TERRIBLE. There is no specific room for those travelling home late to relax with aircon, get a shower and chill (only bathrooms with shower near the splash park). The hotel as a whole is NOT 4* experience we are very disappointed and would not recommend or return. The hotel are very clearly making cuts to save on money in anyway they can and it shows. We were excited to get home.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Holiday Week Ever – Furgus Splash Menorca is Unbeatable! We spent a whole week at Furgus Splash in Menorca, and from the moment we arrived until the very last minute, it was absolutely perfect. The facilities were great, the location was beautiful, and everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we wanted for a relaxing but fun-filled break. But honestly—what made this holiday truly unforgettable were the amazing team, especially Goofy and Danny, who were absolute stars from start to finish! These two guys made our entire week so special. They were everywhere, from the morning activities right through to the evening entertainment, and their energy never dropped once. Goofy is hilarious—he had us laughing every single day with his jokes, his fun personality, and the way he made everyone feel so welcome and included. Whether it was pool games, quizzes, or just stopping for a chat, he brought so much joy to every moment. Then there’s Danny—what a guy! He was always upbeat, enthusiastic, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having the best time possible. He joined in with everything, got everyone involved, and his positive vibe was contagious. Between Goofy and Danny, there was never a dull moment. They didn’t just do their jobs—they made you feel like you were hanging out with friends, not just being looked after by staff. They remembered our names, asked how we were doing every day, and always made time for everyone, no matter how busy they were. The whole atmosphere at Furgus Splash was brilliant, but Goofy and Danny were definitely the heart and soul of it. They turned a great holiday into an incredible one, and we came home with so many happy memories thanks to them. If you’re thinking of booking a stay here, do it—you won’t regret it! And if you get Goofy and Danny as your reps, you’ve hit the jackpot. Thank you both for being so amazing, for all the laughs, and for making our week in Menorca the best one yet. We’re already planning our return—see you both next time! 10/10, highly recommended to everyone!
