Grupotel Playa Club – Aparthotel

Strávili jsme v tomto hotelu jeden týden - 21.-28.6.2015 a jsme naprosto nadšeni!!! Vynikající mezonetové pokoje, krásně vybavené, včetně kuchyňského koutu, vzorně uklízené, veliký bazén se třemi sektory - pro nejmenší děti, pro větší a pro dospělé. Servis hotelu dokonalý, vše funguje na více jak 100%, snídaně naprosto exkluzivní, včetně nedělního šampaňského! Prostě super!!!! Je to jak vynikající pro rodiče s dětmi, tak pro kohokoliv jiného. Naprostý klid!

We booked this holiday last minute and didn't qiute know what to expect as we normally go to Son Bou/Santo Tomas.....The room (apartment) we were given was outstanding...we were half board but we had a decent sized refrigerator (for San Miguels !) and kitchen equipment that we didn't really need. Lovely walk in shower, two flat screen tv's,separate bedroom. Cleaned daily. A couple of decent supermarkets 2mins walk away. Bus stop to Cuitalla just around the corner (€2.5 pp) Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The pool is very large and we had no problems getting a sunbed. The beach is literally a five minute walk away. It was quite busy but we always found a spot there. Good for swimming and snorkeling with watersport equipment available for hire...(kayaks, paddle boards etc) The accommodation 'blocks 'are in separate buildings in a really nice garden atmosphere. We found the evening food to be really excellent with fish and steaks etc cooked to order plus pasta, pizzas etc. Breakfast was also very good. We are normally quite fussy eaters but could not fault the food on offer here. We will definitely be coming back again.

A wonderful 7 days. From arrival to departure a great experience. We were on a Bed & Breakfast and apartment holiday. The Buffet Breakfast was remarkably good. A fantastic pool area, clean and plenty of sunbeds, as long as you were there by about 11.30am. It is 5 minute walk to a small beach which was extremely busy during our stay. A 15 minute walk to the Marina in the evenings. A multitude of restaurants and bars at fairly reasonable prices. If we were to return to the area we not hestitate to book the Grupotel Playa Club.

I was here last year and yet again we had a fabulous time. The staff are all amazing , going above and beyond to help. My friend who is in a wheelchair had issues with one of his wheels. The maintenance guy went out of his way to find a part and then take the chair away and fix it. The receptionists are all amazing and super helpful and informative. The hotel itself is spotless, everywhere is clean and tidy. They obviously take great pride in the grounds as they are always lush and green and so pretty. The restaurant serves an excellent variety of food which is always fresh and delicious. The chefs do a fantastic job and are all friendly. Ricardo and Xavier although always busy, make time to have a chat and ensure everyone is enjoying there experience. They have brilliant waiters and waitresses, who are very attentive . Also the bar staff are super nice and friendly. Housekeeping are very polite and lovely and do a great job! I highly recommend coming here if you want a relaxing holiday, it really is a great hotel. One concern that we had and which I’ve seen another comment about, would be the entertainment young man. He is fab with the little children and very friendly , unfortunately it was noticed that he makes a bee line for young teenage girls, to the point where it’s uncomfortable to watch and quite obvious that some really don’t like the attention.

The hotel is really nice. Rooms are fantastic, cleaned everyday.Pool area is really great, no towels wars at all, was really easy to get a sun bed every day. The hotel grounds are stunning really looked after, and everywhere is really clean Breakfast is fantastic, lunchtime menu is good, my only criticism would be a choice of smaller snacks, perhaps omelette with a side salad. Hotel is about 15-20 min walk to marina but all flat no hills. Would definitely stay here again
