Hotel poskytuje výborné stravování - měli jsme polopenzi, pokoje s výhledem na moře jsou úžasné. Denně uklizeno, čistý bazén. Po Menorce lze dobře cestovat autobusem, měli jsme také půjčené auto. Z důvodu krátkých vzdáleností lze Menorcu procestovat a užít si krásné výhledy a scenérie. Také výlet lodí se skleněným dnem je příjemným zpestřením. Ulice jsou čisté, domy svítivě bíle natřené s kontrastem zelených okenic v úzkých uličkách dokreslují kouzlo ostrova. Všude klid a pohoda.

checking into the hotel was dreadful. three members of staff watching one member of staff do the actual check in. it took 20 minutes to get passports scanned and wrist bands allocated, i was only half board , never been tagged for just half board before . advertised check in time was 2pm but was told the room wasnt ready and to come back at 3pm. the actual hotel only opened 2 days before , it should be ready. when i did get into my allocated room it wasn't correct . i had paid more money for a sea view and got a pool view overlooking a hotel bungalow with a green algae covered roof .i complained , they gave me an alternative room but the toilet didnt flush, i reported that and maintenance fixed it within a couple of hours .hotel WiFi wasnt working and 5 days later its still not working. reception staff just shrugg shoulders and smirk and say sorry . housekeeping enters your room daily , always a greeting and a smile from them . restaurant staff are lovely , then again , a smiley face and a hello. reception staff frosty, especially the one in a black suit , probably a manager , she practically sneers at people .the hotel is going through a refurbishment, but it looks nothing like the artists impression on the website. the dining room has brown plastic garden chairs , the new cane ones must be on order , no straw light shades either. ambience slightly lacking . all in all , the hotel rooms are clean and tidy, the food selection is ok , and the rooms with a sea view are stunning . would i come again ? yes

Well where to start, firstly if you’ve booked here I’d seriously think about changing, the reviews do not match up to what is on offer. The hotel reopened on the 1st of May after their refurb, we arrived on the 2nd with not many guests in we were surprised to then be stood waiting behind 1 other couple to check in for at least 35 minutes. Once we’d checked in we were told the room was not ready despite them opening the day before and not having many guests. Disappointing considering we were only there 2 nights. Anyway we decided to go use our all inclusive and head for lunch, Now for the food, it is absolutely terrible the selection itself is minimal, nothing for children if you’re travelling with children. Nothing to let you know what food is what. Flies everywhere landing on food, dining area has not been refurbished so you’re sat on brown garden plastic chairs. Came back for dinner later on and the food as exactly the same as lunch except the pork had changed to chicken, we paid all inclusive but only ate breakfast, we ate out the rest of our time there, as did many other guests we spoke too for the same reason, because the food was so bad! Once we finally got the keys to our bungalow we entered to no curtains or blinds in both bedrooms. We went and told reception staff straight away to which they assured us it would be sorted, a couple of hours later and they still weren’t up. In the end we requested to be moved which they did accommodate. Drinks from the bar require you to leave a €1 for each cup as a deposit which you do get back but even so strange to say the least. The bar has limited drinks and no cocktails. There are no snacks available through the day as advertised for all inclusive. You cannot access tea or coffee in your room unless you hire a kettle from the hotel or bring your own. All around the grounds of the hotel are full of bird poo that hasn’t even been attempted to be cleaned up. There’s been no maintenance clean outside as you’d usually see outside these hotels throughout the day especially in the mornings. It is unclean and unkept. Staff not very friendly or apologetic with our issues. Oh and last but not least, No WiFi as advertised. If you’ve read this to the end and you’re able to change this if you’ve booked please do mainly based on the food it is not worth the money they are charging.

Friendly, efficient staff and a decent check in process. We had a sea view room which was really pleasant but dated (flooring lifting in places, scuff marks on the wall, grouting in shower ready for replacement). View from the balcony was great and it would have been a pleasant area to sit and have a drink on returning to the hotel at night except all balcony lights are switched on and they cannot be switched off. This meant that it was very bright and as the balcony has glass walls, you are very much on display. The single lift should be condemned! Noisy, shakes and grinds to a halt. Best avoided !! The hotel is really clean and very well positioned for the bars/restaurants Negatives are: Dining room - More like a free for all canteen with Formica tables in rows. Guests seem to have competitions to who could get the most food on their plates. Jam and marmalade (more like a flavoured syrup) in 4 litre plastic containers with pump handles. Flies all over the pastries. Juice from concentrated powder. Coffee from a huge dispenser. Fruit was melon and tinned peaches or pears. However, staff in there were great. The sunbed situation - Shocking. No beds after 8:30 although only 10 % were occupied and the rest "reserved" with towels. I have seen posts saying that the hotel was addressing this problem. Well it isn't. They don't even have signs up asking guests not to do this. This meant that we had to use sunbeds on the beach for 5 days at a cost of 20 euros per day Last negative - charging for safe key and pool towels. Why?? Maybe drop that charge and charge 5 euros per day for the sunbeds. That might tackle the problem
