Hotel poskytuje výborné stravování - měli jsme polopenzi, pokoje s výhledem na moře jsou úžasné. Denně uklizeno, čistý bazén. Po Menorce lze dobře cestovat autobusem, měli jsme také půjčené auto. Z důvodu krátkých vzdáleností lze Menorcu procestovat a užít si krásné výhledy a scenérie. Také výlet lodí se skleněným dnem je příjemným zpestřením. Ulice jsou čisté, domy svítivě bíle natřené s kontrastem zelených okenic v úzkých uličkách dokreslují kouzlo ostrova. Všude klid a pohoda.

Friendly, efficient staff and a decent check in process. We had a sea view room which was really pleasant but dated (flooring lifting in places, scuff marks on the wall, grouting in shower ready for replacement). View from the balcony was great and it would have been a pleasant area to sit and have a drink on returning to the hotel at night except all balcony lights are switched on and they cannot be switched off. This meant that it was very bright and as the balcony has glass walls, you are very much on display. The single lift should be condemned! Noisy, shakes and grinds to a halt. Best avoided !! The hotel is really clean and very well positioned for the bars/restaurants Negatives are: Dining room - More like a free for all canteen with Formica tables in rows. Guests seem to have competitions to who could get the most food on their plates. Jam and marmalade (more like a flavoured syrup) in 4 litre plastic containers with pump handles. Flies all over the pastries. Juice from concentrated powder. Coffee from a huge dispenser. Fruit was melon and tinned peaches or pears. However, staff in there were great. The sunbed situation - Shocking. No beds after 8:30 although only 10 % were occupied and the rest "reserved" with towels. I have seen posts saying that the hotel was addressing this problem. Well it isn't. They don't even have signs up asking guests not to do this. This meant that we had to use sunbeds on the beach for 5 days at a cost of 20 euros per day Last negative - charging for safe key and pool towels. Why?? Maybe drop that charge and charge 5 euros per day for the sunbeds. That might tackle the problem

We had a fabulous holiday with sunshine and swimming uppermost in our criteria and also to relax. The hotel was amazing the friendly staff made our holiday enjoyable especially Isabel and Toni and their team. The food was really good and the cleanliness of the rooms first class . The pool was brilliant and also re swimming the bay was lovely with the steps down adding to our exercise.

We came to Menorca for a weeks holiday with my parents. Cala En Porter is a very pretty quiet resort. The Seth Playa Hotel was everything we expected and more. The staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. The hotel overlooks a lovely sheltered horseshoe bay. There are some steps down to the bay just outside the hotel. Parking is on street, but plentiful. We had hired a car and always found somewhere to park in the afternoon. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets, including 2 large supermarkets next to each other that are only a short walk from the hotel. We usually visit Ibiza in September and although much quieter, we really enjoyed our stay.

This was a return visit to the hotel ( last 2017 ) the Hotel is looking a little tired but we understand it is being refurbished later this year .It is just such a beautiful location, the staff are all wonderful from housekeeping upwards ( the hotel is still spotless! ) all are friendly and helpful. We initially had a problem with our room on arrival ( smelt of sewage) but this was quickly addressed and we were given a different room - bungalow which was lovely . We found the food was nice ,plenty of choice and again staff so helpful. The resort is just great,plenty of bars and restaurants ( yes some are closed but this is now the norm post Covid in any resort sadly ) ,the beach is still amazing, we rewarded ourselves with ice cream after climbing the steps ! Highly recommend the island coach trip ( book at Village store ) hotel provided us with huge pack up breakfast for the day ! So much to explore around the resort/ Hotel ,we both love walking . The Hotel is just a " gem " we wish all the staff ( who are such an asset) good luck in the future, we will return as Cal n Porter has a special place in our hearts - thank you again for a wonderful stay.
