    Velmi dobrý

    Hotel poskytuje výborné stravování - měli jsme polopenzi, pokoje s výhledem na moře jsou úžasné. Denně uklizeno, čistý bazén. Po Menorce lze dobře cestovat autobusem, měli jsme také půjčené auto. Z důvodu krátkých vzdáleností lze Menorcu procestovat a užít si krásné výhledy a scenérie. Také výlet lodí se skleněným dnem je příjemným zpestřením. Ulice jsou čisté, domy svítivě bíle natřené s kontrastem zelených okenic v úzkých uličkách dokreslují kouzlo ostrova. Všude klid a pohoda.

    We arrived at this hotel when we got there we waited 20 minutes for reception staff who were talking then they growled your room won't be ready until 3.The room was very basic no kettle etc emergency sign in the bathroom it was still there when we left. My husband is partially sighted and there was no signs on the windows and a tiny grab rail in the bathroom , Food was not labelled so it was difficult for any one to know what is what. Drinks watered down and you have to pay €1as a deposit for a plastic glass, as for the beach once you climb down 180 steps blink and you will miss it ,,,I would rate the hotel 2***(I am a travel agent) It was disgusting how people were treated

    If anyone still has the chance to change their holiday choice at Bluesea Playa Azul, do so. The photos on the On The Beach website are a complete lie, probably photoshopped. Not a single photo reflects reality. Starting from the reception, the rooms (I been in two), the main hall, and the restaurant look completely different from the offer presented on the website. The economy room with a balcony or terrace I booked didn't have a balcony or terrace. We didn't want to spoil our long-awaited holiday, so we paid an extra €105 for a room with a balcony, which was supposed to have a sea view. We got a room with a view of the children's playground and air conditioning. We reported this to the reception, and silence. My wife and I were horrified when we saw the sun beds by the pool. Dirty, mouldy, and sagging. Every other tile by the pool was loose. Walking on them made noise that, willingly or unwillingly, disturbed the quiet of the surrounding area. Unfortunately, you won't hear any music, because supposedly the audio system is broken. Let's move on to the food. Another disaster. Of course, I read the comments and opinions before choosing this hotel for my holiday. Now I know that anyone who wrote that the food was good here probably had never eaten anything good in their life. Only vegetables served to guests were the cheapest chopped ones: cucumber, tomato, pepper, and onion. Grated beetroot from a jar and iceberg lettuce. That's all. And where were the olives, for example? The breakfast was standard and unremarkable. The tiny sausages were inedible. You won't be able to drink the tea, It's just water with a tea bag in it, which doesn't even have colour or flavour. If you like fries, you'll survive; if not, I pity you. For lunch, salads, as I wrote, are the same salad vegetables as served for breakfast. Nothing new. Desserts were a disaster. Three or four days of the same cheapest cake from a cheap supermarket. No local specialities. Disappointing is an understatement. Dinner. The rest were canned and jarred dishes. The vegetables were the same as those served at breakfast or lunch. The desserts were the same as those served at lunch. What's more, everything was cold, and I'm wondering where the catering regulations are. When I commented on the cold dishes, I was advised to heat them in the microwave. I reported my concerns to the manager three times. She didn't show up for the first meeting. Two more days passed, I reported more problems, but nothing. After another two days, we asked for a refund, and guess what—no response. Two days left, and it was as if nothing had happened. The hotel was completely unprepared for the season opening. When I asked about any entertainment, I was informed that yes, there was, on Tuesdays and Fridays. On Friday, two young ladies showed up, with speakers, a console, and lights. We sat down and waited to see what would happen. After 30 minutes, the team packed up and left. My list of complaints is even longer. My next major disappointment was On the Beach. The number of problems at the hotel was so extensive that we wanted to report it to the company we bought our holiday from, asking them to do something about it, or at least try to help. After all, they were the ones who took the money. From May 8th to May 11th, I tried contacting On the Beach repeatedly, unfortunately to no avail. The chat they suggested was a simple artificial intelligence (AI) method; trying to contact them by phone is essentially impossible. After four days, I finally managed to connect with a live person. A miracle. I had to resubmit my comments and send photos via WhatsApp. After five days, the written response read, "Go and sort out" with the hotel what doesn't suit you. This is, to say the least, irresponsible. The Bluesea Playa Azul and On the Beach made my holiday nightmare. Wasted time, stress, and nerves. Of course, I have it all documented in photos. They didn't even call the hotel to find out what was happening, let alone me. By comparison, Jet2holidays customers received professional assistance the same day they arrived or the next day. A Jet2 representative was there every day, arranging everything for their customers—from start to finish: hotel changes, transfers, and, if relocation wasn't approved, refunds. I know how, because I had the opportunity to speak with a Jet2 representative and hotel guests. In short, the hotel isn't ready for this season, and On The Beach is managed by artificial intelligence that doesn't care about its customers. I could go on and on, but I'll leave everyone with this and the other reviews from other customers below. I wish everyone a wonderful holiday.
