I can write a lot but then reading the past comments suggested that the hotel is consistent with terrible customer service. The receptionist Sohail and some Anouska (aka manager) gave me enough to never suggest this place to anyone ever!!!

We have stayed at this aparthotel, Golden Sands 3, for many years with slightly different experiences in terms of the condition of the apartments. They have always fixed any problems, challenges and deficiencies that have arisen, but ideally everything should have been functional from arrival. The cleaning wasn't too bad, but some clearly need more experience, and perhaps also an interest in the subject. That being said, they have done a cosmetic upgrade recently, and also part of the kitchen is getting and has gotten new and much needed appliances. For those who like to swim, the swimming pool was actually cleaned well before opening in the morning, which we have previously noted as very late - so definitely a plus. Although new faces are constantly appearing at the reception and elsewhere, there are still some that we have known for several years, both at the reception and in the maintenance department. New this year for us was Room Attendant Obaidul, who ensured that our apartment was sparkling clean at all times and he remembered all our small requests regarding bed linen, towels, etc. A big thank you to Obaidul, you helped make our stay very good. Very good facilitators and providing assistance so that we got help if needed was almost as usual - Guest Service Agent Abdullah, he has had 5 star behavior for several years and both was and has been a fantastic supporter during all our stays, a huge thank you to Abdullah. Last but not least, Ms Eden made sure everything regarding the booking went smoothly. She also helped make sure everything worked and was fixed so we had a great stay, so Ms. Eden, you also deserve a big thank you from us, we are already looking forward to our next stay - and possibly your assistance. I don't remember the young man's name in the maintenance department, but we also owe him a big thank you for quickly and efficiently resolving our small challenges in the apartment. To all of you, THANK YOU, we would happily recommend Golden Sands 3 to friends and family - most of the people who work there are incredibly service-minded. If everything had worked as it should from day one, I would actually give it 5 stars this time.

The corridors had bad smell, some amounts of money was stolen from us in the room, the manager of the hotel tried to help for finding it but it wasn’t enough. Be aware of your belongings the hotel hasn’t responsibility about your money. the gym has not towel in early morning.it may be a good hotel for Indians but I think not for other nationalities

When I arrived, the reception staff demanded a 500 AED deposit, claiming it was mentioned on Booking.com. I checked thoroughly—nothing was stated there. There were two people at reception (an Indian lady and a Filipino lady). When I said I would not provide a deposit, they refused to proceed with check-in, saying “the system doesn’t allow it.” I clearly told them not to mislead guests. I am very familiar with the PMS they were using, and I know the policies and procedures well. Despite this, they kept arguing in front of other guests, showing no shame or professionalism. Worst staff I have ever seen at a reception. I strongly advise others—do not book this place. ⸻ If you want, I can also make you a sharper, more formal complaint letter that you can send to Booking.com or hotel management so they take it seriously. Would you like me to prepare that?

I booked 1 suite in golden sands 3 .8to14 Feb Booking ref 4906898397 I informed about early check in.. but the hotel said they are not aware and I was forced to pay for 1 day extra at the prevailing rate 7300 aed at 6am They could have informed me well in advance of their inability to provide room Other wise the services were very good Cleaning was perfect especially thanks to Mr Ani for the job Location was also good and safe
