Golden Sands Hotel Apartments

I booked 1 suite in golden sands 3 .8to14 Feb Booking ref 4906898397 I informed about early check in.. but the hotel said they are not aware and I was forced to pay for 1 day extra at the prevailing rate 7300 aed at 6am They could have informed me well in advance of their inability to provide room Other wise the services were very good Cleaning was perfect especially thanks to Mr Ani for the job Location was also good and safe

I can write a lot but then reading the past comments suggested that the hotel is consistent with terrible customer service. The receptionist Sohail and some Anouska (aka manager) gave me enough to never suggest this place to anyone ever!!!

Unfortunately this is my first time to put a bad review management should look into this and take it serious i can see many bad reviews already to this hotel about night team especial their night manager Mr Alaa if i spell the name right who does not smile at guest or sympathies with guest i can see another guest complain same i think he need more training how to treat guest their corridor need to remove the carpets as there is a lot of dust i do not recommend family with children as they can get sick also in the rooms you will find hair everywhere property is old at list if you know the property is old try to treat guest nice they will not review this

Hotel was really nice. Family friendly. Vishal at the travel desk was amazing. He really made all the effort to make my family vacation memorable. He provided great discounts and was even available on his holiday to book my tickets. Ferari world is a must visit.IMG world was also amazing.

This was my worst stay experience with the Golden sands 3 hotel. The hotel kept a deposit of 600 dirhams while check in. At the end of our 5 days stay, the staff informed us that the cutlery items such as one spoon, fork, & knife is missing which we didn’t use at all. Secondly they found out a scratch out of nowhere on the sofa which they blamed us for & told us we had to pay 600 hundred dirhams for the sofa damage & 45 dirhams for missing cutlery items. I even asked them for the proof to show us that the cutlery items & sofa was in good condition. They did not have any. The hotel staff lady named Eden was talking rude & was not ready to accept that we didn’t use the cutlery & the scratch was not done by us. They did not provide us the check list during the check in but they showed us the checklist during the check out time. It looked like they purposely framed us in exactly charging all our deposit money. I would never recommend this hotel for any future stays. 👎🏻
