Golden Sands Hotel Apartments

We stayed at Golden Sands 3 in Room.No. 609 starting in February on a monthly rental basis. From the beginning, everything about the property and the neighborhood was excellent. The cleanliness, organization, quiet atmosphere, safety, and location were all outstanding. It is truly a very comfortable and well-managed place to live. However, during end of February an unexpected and stressful situation happened in the region due to tensions between Iran and the United States, which affected many people in the Middle East. Because of these circumstances, we were forced to extend our stay and deal with a lot of uncertainty. During this difficult time, what meant the most to us was the human understanding and support we received from the team at Golden Sands 3. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Buddhika, the supervisor, and Mr. Manish from the reservation department. They showed exceptional kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They truly tried their best to help us manage our stay and handle the special circumstances we were facing. They followed up on our situation, supported us with the extension process, and did everything they could to reduce the pressure we were experiencing both emotionally and financially. Mr. Buddhika especially checked on us regularly during the month, asking about our situation and making sure everything was okay. His attitude, personality, and sense of responsibility were truly impressive. In all the hotels I have stayed in around the world, I have rarely seen this level of personal care and professionalism. Even at the end of February and throughout March, while the situation in the region is still continuing, they continued to follow up and support us in every way possible. Their behavior showed not only professionalism but also genuine humanity and respect. We are truly grateful for their support during a very challenging time. Experiences like this are what make a place special. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Buddhika, Mr. Manish, and the entire Golden Sands 3 team for their kindness and hospitality. We will always remember this experience and we highly recommend Golden Sands 3 to anyone visiting or staying in Dubai.

Very good service, I booked a hotel apartment for 4 months , they treated me very well, all the queries were answered and most importantly they acted on solving the queries, room service was quick , they really offer luxury, Special mention for AYOUB and Rahul OBIDUL , for making sure my place is always clean and he took care like it's his own home Buddhika for making sure , i always stay away from any worries regarding room maintenance, he made sure that all things are in place , what an amazing treatment ❤️❤️
