Great hotel very good atmosphere and excellent service and follow up from Olawole you made us feel welcomed

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Grand Mercure Hotel. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed zero respect for guests. I had to wait more than 20 minutes at reception just to be acknowledged, only to be told “give me a minute” with no proper assistance. I booked a 24-hour room starting at 6 PM, but later received a call telling me to check out at 2 PM or pay extra — clearly without even checking the booking details properly. This is completely unacceptable. To make things worse, all the reception staff came across as arrogant and unhelpful. The situation became even more uncomfortable when a housekeeper entered the room and asked to use my mobile phone to write a review himself. Even after I refused, he was reluctant to leave. This was a very unpleasant experience overall. Definitely not the level of service expected from a hotel like this.

Great service and very clean rooms , delicious buffet breakfast. Everyone were very kind jncluding the recpetonist. The housekeeper Olawole was very kind and good to us and we promised him that we will be back soon with the family. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful experience at the Grand Mercure Hotel — everything was absolutely perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Olawole and Ms. Kasuni for their outstanding support and warm, pleasant personalities throughout our stay.
