Taj Exotica Resort & Spa - The Palm Dubai

We had an amazing stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai to celebrate my son's birthday. The team made the celebration extra special with a lovely birthday cake and beautiful room decorations, which brought a big smile to his face. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were warm and caring, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious food, the beautiful pool, and the peaceful atmosphere. Thank you to everyone at Taj Exotica for making our son's birthday so memorable. We truly appreciated the thoughtful surprise and had a wonderful family stay. We look forward to coming back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai for our anniversary. A special thank you to Sanaya at the reception for arranging a lovely surprise in our room. The anniversary cake and beautiful balloon decorations made our celebration truly memorable and added a personal touch to our stay. We were also delighted to receive a room upgrade with a stunning view of the pool and the sea, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The spa was another highlight of our visit—the massage was exceptional, and therapist Puri was professional, skilled, and made us feel completely relaxed. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and for making our anniversary so special. We look forward to coming back!

The hotel is beautiful, but a bit tired. It's not evident in the photos, but the rooms and grounds are in dire need of updating. The mattresses on the sun loungers aren't very clean, and the sun loungers by the sea are shabby. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious. The beach on Palm isn't the most pleasant, in my opinion, and the pool was always crowded. Furthermore, the hotel is located at the very end of Palma and takes a long time to get there.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa. We were upgraded and the room was very comfortable. The bed, pillows and sheets were really nice. The bathroom was huge and we had a lovely balcony. I enjoyed the sauna and steam room, the pool and swim up bars are great. It was a little too hot to enjoy the beach for too long. Breakfast had a good selection of food but was extremely busy. The staff were also very helpful and polite from the valet to reception to restaurant. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel apart from it is a long way from the entrance to the Island. However, I was left with a feeling of something missing. I am not sure what it was. I just expected more from Taj Exotica Resort & Spa. I have stayed in Taj hotels around the world and thought this would be on another level. Maybe I was expecting too much.

We had the privilege of having stayed at the property at a time when it was absolutely empty. It was amazing. The swimming pool is beautiful, the breakfast was amazing especially the Indian selections, the gym, the spa, the beach, we loved it all. The staff were amazing. I don't know how Taj does this standard and quality, it's pretty consistent at every Taj, be it Maldives, Mumbai, Andaman, the quality is so addictive. We hate having to book in a city that doesn't have a Taj Property. Much love and gratitude to all the staff members.
