Average at best. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past few months for work, and the property is clearly showing its age and due for a meaningful update. The rooms aren’t in bad shape, just dated. The beds are clean and comfortable, but the couches show noticeable wear, including some distress and staining. My biggest issue is the smell. It’s not overwhelming, but it’s consistently noticeable. It’s hard to pinpoint if it’s coming from the furniture, the carpet (which doesn’t look bad), or possibly the ductwork—but it’s there. I’ve gotten to the point where I bring air freshener when I know I’ll be staying here. The pool and outdoor common areas are in good shape, and the gym is solid for a quick workout. The common areas overall are clean, and the staff is consistently very nice, which goes a long way. Overall, it gets the job done for work travel, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Edited just now on Google I am so disappointed. Staying here has been a complete financial nightmare because I’ve had to cancel and replace my personal debit card, plus I’ve had to replace a gift card that I used to pay for the parking. I used my Marriott points to pay for 2 nights at this hotel but had to assign a credit card to secure the booking online before I arrived. Once I arrived, I used a complete different card for the deposit and upon checkout, used a gift card to pay $11 for the parking. After checkout, over the next 2 days, I noticed my personal bank card which I used online had received 3 separate charges from SpringHill Suites. First amount was for $40 even and the next day it was for $24 and then $4. I called the hotel and asked what the $40 was for and they said oh don’t worry, we will refund it, but wouldn’t tell me what the charges were for. Then I asked how they had my card information as I never used it for the deposit so it should not be charged. They could see it attached to the booking. I cancelled my card immediately because I kept getting random charges which was a huge incompetence while traveling. Then I found out a week later that they charged my gift card almost $28!! Please beware. I’ve never stayed at any hotel where they take any card you use and keep taking secret charges day after day. It’s scammy and unethical. The sad part is that I didn’t have a bad stay but the financial inconvenience has been such a headache and makes me feel like someone there is stealing from people. Please think twice about staying here, it’s not worth the risk.

Loyal to marriott brand. They should be embarrassed. This hotel was absolutely disgusting. I tried two rooms. Both were terrible. Torn dirty and worn out carpet and couch. Bathroom dingy with brown stains on the floor and wall next to the toilet. My friend sat on the bed in one room and almost fell on the floor. Sheets in the 2nd room were stained. I got my money back and found another hotel.
