Aloft Miami Aventura

I really want to recognize Nikki and Martha because they were truly the highlight of my stay at the Aloft Aventura. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a lasting impression on my family and turned a great stay into an exceptional one. First, Nikki at the front desk provided one of the best check-in experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine sense of kindness that immediately made us feel welcome. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and comforting, taking the time to ensure that everything about our check-in process went smoothly. Her positive attitude and outstanding hospitality stood out and made a lasting impression on our family. Nikki has a natural ability to make guests feel valued and cared for, and she is truly an asset to this hotel. I would also like to give a special thank you to Martha, who provided exceptional service during breakfast. She was attentive, thoughtful, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. What meant the most to us was the sweet gesture she made for our daughter, who was celebrating her birthday. Martha surprised her with a delicious muffin early that morning to help make her birthday extra special. It was such a thoughtful act of kindness that brought a huge smile to our daughter’s face and made our family feel so appreciated. Nikki and Martha both exemplify what outstanding customer service should look like. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care turned a simple hotel stay into a truly special experience. Because of them, we will absolutely return to the Aloft Aventura and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. 1 also really appreciated the laundry facilities, which made my stay even more convenient. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

I loving my stay im currently here for the miami swimweek fashion show powered by BDM thw food is awsome the bartender was vwry pretty and nice the drink was awaome i hate i can't remember hwr name but she had the blinde hair and sexy nails lol the front dest nikki was a gem she was vey quick wuth service very informative and sweet love it. And kids the chef ms kerlie! She made that beautiful waffle i told her i almost did not want to eat it it was beautiful! I will be returning! i also love the security being able to be on the elevator, knowing that anyone cannot come to your room without a key to power the elevator to get two second floor I will return! Everything was clean, and I felt secure

Loved this hotel. Staff were absolutely amazing friendly and very helpful. The cleaners were fantastic and they were always willing to help. Food and drinks was lovely. Definitely coming back .

We had a dayuse.com room booked for the end of our Spring Break cruise and Dayuse didn't inform us that all the rooms had been booked due to Miami open. So we arrived at the hotel ready to go to our room drop our luggage and relax until we were told that we did not have a room. This was upsetting to us but the lovely lady behind the desk was so kind and made a bad situation better. She held our luggage and gave us recommendations for a food spot close by. We used the pool until we had to catch our uber to the airport. All in all, the lady made a bad situation so much better. The lobby and pool that I could see were all clean, quiet, well stocked with towels and well maintained. It was a trendy very cool vibe. It was as good a spot as any to use as a resort for the day or a dayuse. Thank you and I'm sorry I didn't catch your name. ( I think it started with and A)
