Disaster place, disrespectful staff, disgusting!! Don’t choose this place ever. They just take your money. Unflexible place

I didn’t not like my stay at this hotel from the moment we checked in at front desk , the worker behind that computer was not pleasant processional at all. Not type of welcoming you felt or hospitality. His name was angel. He was very rude. He gave me a room on the first floor facing the parking lot. I asked to be switched to the third floor and he said there was no rooms ready or clean and it was already 3pm check in time. I asked him when will it be ready he doesnt know that’s the cleaning services” his response. So I said ok I’ll stay where I am worst ever. The rooms feel like you are living with your next door neighbor. 2 times there was arguments on the parking lot people screaming. I didn’t not feel comfortable here. It’s a not again for me!

Upon arriving, I was told that my payment was refunded the night before my arrival with no prior correspondence. Note, I booked 2 weeks prior. The "proof" of refund was a faded printout. The receptionist stated that the refund would reflect on my card in 2-3 days but 5 days later and I still have not received the refund. The receptionist was unprofessional and the manager also left when she heard I wanted to speak with her (this was around 3pm). They also expected me to pay for the booking AGAIN when I already paid before and THEY decided to send a refund with the excuse of "policy". If it was "policy" then prepaid bookings should not be an option. Due to this horrid experience I will never visit this establishment again.
