Solé Miami, A Noble House Resort

Clean and very conveniently located place, and it offered a great view of the sea. But it was expensive for the amenities it offered, and we believe the bathroom was not on par with the price range for this facility.

The shower had only cold water in it. We’re complained to front desk 4 times, they send their technicians but still nothing. It was very annoying because we paid extra for the upgraded room and it’s crazy to take cold showers every day😡 and we are study guests in this hotel In Baileen cafe the service was extremely slow and they brought to us the wrong dishes 🤨

Arrived to check in. No crib in room despite request being confirmed. This was 8pm with a 1 year old traveling with us. Arrived to the room and the AC wasn’t working. In fairness they fixed it as fast as they could but it was past 930pm when it all got sorted. Experience at restaurant was poor the following day. Extremely slow food average and definitely not equipped for families meal requests. Pool only had 3 umbrellas and couldn’t get any more. No bay changing facilities anywhere so once we had checked out we were out of luck changing diapers except finding a quiet corner in the floor. Overall just a little disappointing. Nothing hugely disastrous but you expect better! We are definitely not coming back there.

Beautiful experience nice rooms food was good and breakfast was also amazing. I loved the beach and it had great views of the ocean from our suite. I appreciate that they upgraded us which was nice. you can not go wrong this is the quiet part of Miami so if you're looking for a nice getaway which is still in Miami but not on the side of South Beach this is a definite must!
