Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Rooms were very well appointed with plenty of room and storage space. Good choice for dining in the buffet restaurant, but had a couple of incidence of quite tough beef. Felt it had been cooked a little too quick or to long. Other than that very wide choice of options.

Location wise is in the middle of nowhere. The beach outside the resort is massive however not suitable for swimming. Not the most nice atmosphere. Front desk service is appalling. Today 14th March around midday the aparent front desk manager had a despicable , rude and aggressive attitude. He should not be working with customers. He has inclusive made threats of given a bad report about me! Only because I have asked him his name. He has refused to do so by being aggressive. I have requested to speak with a superior manager however he and the others desk staff said there was no other manager to talk too. He was the only superior manager at the hotel . I have immediately checked out from Rui Sri Lanka and swear never to go back or recommend!! This resort is also very crowded around the pools . As such if you looking for a relaxing holiday, forget this hotel

A lovely place to stay the hostess doing the evening meals Majani and shehara are very friendly and helpful and really deserve a mention
